This spectacular resort home is the perfect year-round getaway for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories.

You will find all of the comforts of home here in our thoughtfully furnished and decorated house. The family room has stunning views of the lake and includes a plasma TV, DVD player, I-Pod dock and electric fireplace. Outside you will enjoy our large deck which is perfect for entertaining family and friends while sipping a wine from one of the many local wineries. The newly remodeled kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. It is bright and open with a breakfast bar for two and a large dining table which seats up to ten.

The large master bedroom features a California king bed with its own bathroom featuring a double vanity. Relax in the sitting area with one of the books from our personal library, or enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV with DVD player. There is private access from the master bedroom to the large view deck. The guest bedroom features a king size bed along with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a queen size bed along with twin sized bunk beds.

The house is conveniently located in the private residential area of the Wapato Point Resort. You are just steps away from the beautiful outdoor pool and a large grassy play area. All the amenities of Wapato Point are nearby and available for your use. The 100 acres of the resort include beautiful groomed grounds, docks and beaches, lighted tennis courts, putt-putt golf course and walking trails. The beach kiosk rents paddle boats, kayaks, jet skis and other outdoor equipment. The clubhouse features an indoor pool and equipped workout room.

The Lake Chelan area is less than 4 hours from Seattle and offers year round activities. Besides all sorts of lake activities, there are over 2 dozen local wineries, excellent restaurants, several challenging golf courses, fishing and Slidewaters water park, all very close by. The majestic lake is the third deepest in the United States and extends 55 miles up into the Cascade mountain range. The trip to the head of the lake, Stehekin, accessible only by boat.

This was the second time staying at this property, last time was in 2021. Absolutely love the house and location, ability to use the Wapato Point Resort resources, view is fantastic. Host very accessible for any issues. Time flew by, can't wait to come back!

Absolute great place to stay and relax!

Fabulous home with great views of down-lake, Lake Chelan! We had family and friends from the past 70 years come and visit. They all raved about the place and the view! Barbequing was wonderful and will definitely stay again on our next trip to Manson (from Connecticut)! Absolutely a 5-star stay!

Cousin Reunion

Gathering together in your lovely home gave us the opportunity to relax and talk about our lives. Wapato is such a fun place with tons to do, however, we chose to enjoy the warm weather out on your deck with it’s beautiful view, and at the pool. Thank you for opening up your home for others to enjoy.

Perfect house for multigenerational family. Knock out view from the large deck with plenty of seating. Large kitchen, great comfortable furnishings, easy access to pool and hot tub. We will definitely look to rent again next year.

Great place

Very nice house at a great family resort on a beautiful lake. Kitchen nicely furnished - new pots and pans, etc. Great view, short walk to the lake. Among the better options at Wapato Point. Only downside is no dogs allowed but that's a resort rule, not necessarily the choice of the owners.

Great house with an awesome view

We had a great time at the resort. The views from the deck were really an added bonus. My adult daughter enjoyed doing her yoga practice out there each morning before it got hot. Know that the master bedroom faces east, so it gets the morning light early. One grandson opted to sleep on the deck on a blow up mattress, he had a visit from some curious raccoons one night and decided to return to his bed inside. A very nice place for two couples and children.

Just right

We had a very mixed group in age and expectations. There was something for everyone from cafes to food and beverages. The pool was literally in our front yard and the lake and Colombia River were close for fishing and recreation. Great space, plenty of blankets and towels and great cooking amenities. Oven burners run hot (use medium- low for medium) otherwise great appliances. We enjoyed our time and will gladly come back next year.

Great layout, great location, beautiful view. Only issue was the registration office did not give us a key to pool when we checked in so had to deal with that when we were all packed at the pool gate ready to get in. So make sure to ask for it when you check in.

Almost perfect, but doesn't deserve 5 stars

I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the check in/check out process. Check in is 5pm which is as late as I experienced in any VRBO. Check out is 10am which is as early as I experienced too. Not to mention the long list of check-out instructions, on top of an expensive cleanup fee. The bed sheets were smelling bad, which made sleeping unpleasant. If the property owner made our life a little easy during check out and set reasonable check in/check out times, this property would deserve 5 stars easily.

Great property but quite a few checkout chores

The property is great and interaction with host was smooth. The only downside is the lengthy checkout list - wash towels and utensils, take out trash to a trash bin located half a mile away, inform cleaners etc. This is on top of a sizable cleaning fee.

Perfect spot for some relaxation

The kids (7,4,2) enjoyed the outdoor pool across from us everyday and the sunrises / view from the house are amazing. This was our second time staying here and hope to go back again in the future.

Beautiful home and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wapato Point. This home was the perfect size for our two families - very cute and comfortable. The pool was right across the street from the house and parks/lake access were all walkable. Gorgeous view of the lake from the back yard with a perfect little yard for games and relaxing. We were VERY happy with our stay.

Great Family Vacation

Our family stayed for a mid-winter break and had such a wonderful time. The house was spotless and was more than enough room for our family of four. The view was amazing. We also enjoyed the indoor pool (this was winter time) and played mini-golf.

Great mid-winter break getaway!

We had a great stay. We used the pool, ice skating rink, and played mini golf. The house was extremely clean and beds were comfortable. No complaints, we will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Perfect for girls weekend

Great location in quiet neighborhood inside Wapato Point. The house was one of the cleanest I have stayed in and everything was well kept. The check-in process was so easy, and I had a quick question, and left a voice mail with the owner, and had a call and email back within minutes. Highly recommend!
