Perfect!

Great location! Clean and walking distance to shops and all kinds of food. The beach was great and not a lot of people. Loved the walking/biking path right behind the house. Rented bikes right down the street. A beautiful ride up the coast! Watching the ocean and people watching from the balcony was very entertaining. So perfect.

Kauai beach side

This was a great place to stay. Close to coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants as well as a bike rental shop. The ocean is just steps from the door. Great swimming in the waves. We watched whales breaching in the off shore every morning. Centrally located so easy access to north and south shores. We had a great time!

Walking distance to everything

Very close to multiple restaurants, bike rental, and the beachfront walking path. Excellent view of the ocean. Not the best beach for kids, but there are great ones a short drive away. Loved it!

The location was perfect - we watched the sunrise from the lanai every morning and then went on a long walk on the path right in front of the house next to the beach. This house is a wonderful place to stay in Kauai and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect vacation

It was our first trip to Hawaii. It was a dream vacation of my moms and We celebrated my parents 55th wedding anniversary. We also celebrated my cousin birthday and her husband. The location is the best. Ocean front and can walk to the street side to shop and eat delicious chicken tacos. This has been a dream vacation of a life time. Hope to come back here again. I definitely would recommend this house. ♥️♥️♥️

Houston Stay in Kauai

Wonderful stay for three retired couples. The property was exceptional clean with kitchen utensils and supplies in abundance. Great trade wind breeze with beautiful sunrises. Management was exceptional and prompt in replies. Highly recommended. Two items to check out…1) bed mattresses in up and downstairs guest rooms very soft, 2) dishwasher cleans inconsistently and 3) check weatherstripping around downstairs carport door. (wind noise).

Paradise By The Sea

Location is excellent. All the convenience of being on the ocean but steps away from town when you need it. Your day begins with beautiful sunrises almost every day. The managers do a great job of looking after you without being in your hair. Koodos to management. Thanks for the great vacation!

ein paar tage in kapaa

wir (4 Erwachsene "best ager") blieben hier 5 tage und haben es genossen. Das Haus liegt zentral und hat eine lebhafte Umgebung , vom großen balkon schaut man über einen öffentlichen weg (Jogger, Fahrradfahrer etc) und ein kurzes grasstück auf das meer / der sonnenaufgang ist von hier aus fantastisch - ein seitlicher balkon bietet den sonnenuntergang (im Januar) - man kann von hier aus direkt schwimmen gehen , allerdings ist der strand hier sehr schmal - das haus ist ok ausgestattet ( entspricht in etwa einem drei sterne hotel in deutschland ) alles ist sauber und gut zu benützen , wenn man nicht zu hohen ansprüche stellt , ist das Haus zu sehr zu empfehlen

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were all surprised by the amount of space the house had. It made it very comfortable for all 6 of us. The views were breathtaking. So close to the water. We spent alot of time on the Lanai just watching and listening to the waves.The location was perfect, right in the center of everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and out was a piece of cake. Management was very helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely be back here again!

Beautiful stay

This is our second time staying here. House has had some updates such as new flooring which I liked much better than the carpet. Right on the bike/walking path as well as walking distance to stores and restaurants in Kapaa. I will always plan my travel to Kaui based on the availability of this property.

Most definitly recommend

If could rate this place over a 10 , I would. We had the best experience at this property. Everything was clean and we did not want for anything. They were on top of fixing anything right away. If you are thinking about this place to rent, do it!! you will not be disappointed !!!

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage in dem tollen Haus, direkt an einem kleinen Strand gelegen mit traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus war alles sauber, es war grosszügig und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Der Check in war genau wie beschrieben und der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Wir waren traurig, dieses kleine Paradies zu verlassen und bedanken uns sehr für einen Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus.

This was a great house in a beautiful location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for the six of us. The best part of staying here was sitting on the liane sipping our morning coffee after a run on the bike path. Having the beach directly across from us gave us the option of swimming without having to drive anywhere as well. Walking into town, literally two minutes away, was another favorite. The only recommendation I would make is to have a larger skillet for cooking since there were so many of us.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time with our adult children. The location of the house is great! Very short walk to restaurants and shopping. The beach in front of the house in not a surfing beach or snorkeling beach so we spent most days at other beaches but we did swim in the ocean right Infront of the house once. We loved watching the sunrise each morning while enjoying our coffee on the deck. The kitchen had all the basics necessities. Most of the beds were too firm for us but if you like a very firm mattress then you would love it. Kaapa is a good central location to many of the activities on the island.
