Located in heart of South Beach on 6th Avenue, just 1/2 block from the famous Good Time Hotel & all of South Beach is right at your doorstep! You will be close to the shopping district with designer stores, local boutiques and familiar favorites, and the entrance to the spectacular, white sand beach with crystal blue water is only 2 ½ blocks away. You will be situated among all of the amazing food, nightlife, shopping, culture and people watching that South Beach has to offer.
Start your day with coffee & breakfast at the famous Los Olas coffee shop, just steps from your front door, or explore any of the many cafes within a few blocks then spend the day sunbathing, swimming, paddle-boarding and snorkeling on South Beach. Relax with a late lunch and take a tour of the beautiful architecture in the Art Deco Historic District, while stopping to shop at Lincoln mall and exploring the vibrant shopping and dining streets of Lincoln Road, Washington Avenue, Espanola Way and Collins Avenues. Visit the Versace mansion and for the more adventurous, take a peek in the famous World Erotic Art Museum.
South Beach is home to the best food in Miami and a world-renowned nightlife scene. Evenings can be spent watching the sunset from a rooftop bar, discovering world-class dining and exploring the hottest club scene. Visit The Setai, Shore Club, Delano, and The Cleveland among others for soaking up the atmosphere and watching the beautiful people.
For your convenience, there is a market and a few restaurants on same block as the building, and it is located within a few blocks of markets, drug stores, car rental locations and other shops. You are also right across the street from the Good Time Hotel & Kimpton hotel with food and a lively bar.

You are right in the middle of and within walking distance and public transportation to all South Beach Attractions, so staying at this location you really do not need or want a car at all (though you may want to rent a Lamborghini or Ferrari for some extra South Beach Fun).
• One of the easiest ways to get around South Beach is to use the Freebee electric car service. It works similarly to Uber, but is free! Download the Ride Freebee app or visit their website ridefreebee to get more information.
• CityBike Bicycle rental stations are located right in the area and are a great way to see the sites.
• You will not need a car to explore South Beach, but if you want to venture out of the heart of the district, Uber is probably the easiest solution.
• Public buses run conveniently along Washington Avenue. The South Beach Local rides around the beach for only 25 cents.
• TO/FROM THE AIRPORT: Take the tram from the terminal to the Miami Station. Take the 150 Airport Flyer Express bus to The Washington Ave & 5thth Street stop. The cost is a few dollars and runs about every 20 minutes. Super Shuttle and Taxi’s are also available at the airport.
PARKING: There is no on-site parking available in the building, so if you are bringing a car you may want to plan to spend upwards of $25 per day to park your car or $4 per hour. There are several parking garages in the area located at 555 Washington Ave, 500 Collins Ave and 200 7th Street.
*South Beach is a very active tourist destination, so expect noise from surrounding clubs and restaurants. This condo is perfect for those who want to be in the middle of the action, but may not be ideal for those looking for a quiet stay.*
*We fumigate for bugs monthly, but being that we are located by the ocean, it is common for small bugs to get inside the units. We take this very seriously, but cannot expect perfection.*
