Beautiful Kitchen with 4 Burner Gas Cooktop and Oven and all of the Amenities you need with Dining Room Attached.

No Convenience is Spared to Make Your Stay Comfortable and Relaxing.

We are cannabis friendly, but do ask that all smoking takes place outside the home on the large patio.

Information book will detail Restaurants, Denver Hot Spots, Maps of the City, How to work In-home Electronics, Wireless Internet Accessibility and More.

Guest have full and private access to entire main level, patio, yard and hot tub.

I live in separated apartment with a separated entrance. You will have complete privacy on the entire main level. Guest have complete privacy.

Please be aware that there is one exterior security camera which is located outside of the main entrance to the property.

Denver city ordinance requires that outside noise be restricted between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Spring getaway

My sister, her mom,her son, and myself had a wonderful time at this cozy ,clean,and well designed little ranch. Host Jeffery lives, and is there onsite. He was so helpful with questions on where to go for activities. He also put a beautiful touch with having flowers waiting there for us. Also had the hot tub set up for us! Which was perfect, bc it was a bit cool. He was great with communication as well. I highly recommended this place for your next home away from home getaway.

Comfortable apartment. Owner is onsite & very responsive. As described, it is in the heart of Denver so it is a busy neighborhood. Small car is a must for parking.

Quick Business Trip in Style

My colleague and I made a quick business trip to Denver and surrounding area. Jeff was welcoming and eager to supply recommendations, the home was conveniently located to enjoy the best of downtown Denver as well as smaller towns outside the city, and the hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of long days of meetings. We look forward to staying with Jeff again.

Great Hospitality!

House is clean and inviting. Jeff was an amazing host! The blender didn’t work and he brought us a new one the very next day! Private back yard was perfect for hot tub. Although it’s on a corner lot. It’s quiet neighborhood. We plan on returning!!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked home. We had complete privacy and the owner communicated quickly and clearly (and was so welcoming and kind with advice about Denver). We had everything we needed during our stay and made much use out of the amazing patio/hot tub. Location was perfect for us (easy access to sites, including Red Rocks). We enjoyed our stay so much I'm already hoping to return.

This place really is minutes to everything! The house is very clean, and COMFY! Jeff the host is very responsive and very helpful! He even helped to surprise my fiance with cake for his birthday! There is ample parking and everything you need to have a home away from home!

The owner was super accommodating, and I really appreciate that. The home is lovely. I hosted a small Sunday brunch for the Denver family, and the kitchen was great for preparing the food and serving buffet style.
