C-Shore Retreat - Great Views, Steps to the sand!

Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in this brand new home that is right on the beach! With AMAZING views and a walkway to the beach you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. This well thought-out floor plan has plenty of space for you to spread out or enjoy with another family or friends!

Once over the bridge you are less than a mile away! This puts you extremely close to the pier, restaurants, and all the activities of town - but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet!

Surf City is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. You will have a great time here with EASY access to the beach and plenty of other options to explore if you want to mix things up!

The home is on stilts, so underneath there is parking, an outdoor shower, eating area, and some beach toys! Once you come onto the first floor you will have a room to the right and one down the hall. The beachside room has its own deck and a king bed! The room down the hall is perfect for kids, with a queen bed and twin over full bunk. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom and in-unit laundry.

Coming up to the second floor, you come into a large space where you will probably spend most of your time. This floor is your living, dining, and kitchen area and there is a VIEW from everywhere! With plenty of seating and a large deck on the ocean side, this will be where you visit, play games, and enjoy a cocktail at sunset! The kitchen is fully loaded with all kinds of extras for you foodies!

The top floor is the main suite and is it SWEET! It's a large room with a king size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and a great view of the ocean. Great place for you to sneak away from the crowd and relax! A daybed sits by the window to double as a place to read or allow the room to hold an entire family!

Guests will have access to the entire home (except two closets that are reserved for owner's storage). The car port, storage closets, outdoor shower, and every room in the house are yours to use so you can get the best out of your stay!

There is some additional parking off to the side of the units.
The beach walkway is shared with the other units, but open at all times!

Beautiful Unit and very clean. Found the construction of additional properties in front of this a bit bothersome. But we were there for the beach so didn’t deal with the noise that much.

March Break

The house was amazing! Beautiful view of the ocean too. Lovely tray of welcome snacks. Was nice to have the basic seasonings in cupboard as well as some refrigerated condiments. Owners made house very accommodating with all the beach towels and accessories.Minor glitch with entry keypad but it was corrected quickly. Will definitely return

This was a great location to stay in for a nice little getaway. It's within walking distance to some of the fun Topsail local spots, and right on the beach.

This house had gorgeous views and was steps from the beach! It was very clean and there were even a few very nice complimentary snacks and drinks. I would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Great access to the beach. Everything you could need is provided, beach chairs, BBQ, Kitchen utensils / appliances, streaming services, games.. the list goes on. The property manager was extremely attentive and kind. Would absolutely re-book this exact location / house for next years trip.

Wonderful Beach Stay

This place was wonderful! It was immaculate upon arrival. While we brought our dog, I am often wary of beach homes that allow pets as some have strong odors and/or evidence of previous pets. This place was absolutely top-notch and didn’t have any odors or evidence of previous pets. I was incredibly pleased.The location of this property gave us a beautiful view of the ocean, and it was such a short walk to the beach! Unfortunately, the view will be impacted soon by construction, but the beach walk is still incredibly short and makes for a really relaxing experience.The home is tastefully decorated. It was nice that the kitchen had actual glasses, not just plastic as we occasionally find at rental properties. They had ample dishware, storage containers, and extra seasoning. Towels and sheets included were just one additional convenience! Our kids also really enjoyed the bicycles. The outdoor shower is very basic and a bit rusty, but would absolutely not deter us from staying again. We have been visiting Topsail for the last 16 years and this is one of our favorite places so far!

Great place

Super place to stay during the Christmas holiday! Beautiful view of the ocean and had all the amenities one could possibly need.Did have an issue with the heater when we arrived. It was 45 degrees inside and the heater was turned off. We contacted the manager and the owner and we were able to figure out how to reprogram the unit. They were very nice about it and the communication was great. We saved them a repair man trip. The house was super clean and we would love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful house!

This house was beautiful with amazing views! Great location with it being close to town but far enough that the beach wasn’t crowded. The easy beach access was great for our dogs and everyone that stayed at the house.

Our family had a wonderful stay - steps from the beach and plenty of space to spread out! Close to all our favorite restaurants. Appreciated the option to use the bikes that were available as well as the sun shade! Clean & cozy - thank you for a great week of unwinding!

Family beach trip

Family long weekend stay. Great house! Lots of amenities. Bicycles, boogie boards, grill, chairs. Only negative was view of trailers towards beach. View of beach can't be seen without trailers in sight at all.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This was a perfect place weekend getaway with your best friend. Very Cozy, thoughtful amenities, clean, private, steps away from the ocean, easy walk to the pier. I would definitely come back. Caution to anyone who has trouble getting up stairs though, there are a lot but if you're all about getting those steps in, this is where its at!

Great condo in Surf City!

What sets this VRBO apart from others in which we've stayed is the very thoughtful attention to providing everyday essentials (coffee pods/creamer, detergent/dryer sheets, soap/shampoo/bodywash - even some snacks and drinks! The condo was immaculate, and the appliances are all new and in great condition. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of cookware. They even have tupperware containers. Previous reviews mention trailers on the property between the condo and the beach. They are gone. It appears they might be clearing that land for future development. We would definitely stay here again!

Luxurious Stay at the Beach With Dogs!

This property was just beautiful! Wonderfully furnished but not "too fancy". We loved that we could bring our 2 dogs without additional fee. Yes, there are lots of stairs (first floor has to be elevated due to proximity to the beach) but we loved the fact that unlike other VRBO rentals, everything was included - not just linens, towels and beach towels but also soap, shampoo, detergent pods, etc. Outdoor hose and shower were greatly appreciated. Perfect ocean views from the main level deck. Kitchen was updated and well stocked. Max and the team were VERY responsive to our slight problem with the door lock and available immediately via app and text. WiFi easy to access and lots of streaming channels we don't even have at home :) The 3rd floor master suite was just beyond wonderful! Quick walk to the beach. We had perfect weather Oct 5-9 so just a great time here!

Great Location, Cute Decor, Excellent Management

I have to start by saying, when we arrived at this property, the previous cleaning job was less than optimal. I contacted the property managers and they were incredibly proactive. They went above and beyond to communicate with us and remedy the situation, even continuing to checkin with us throughout our stay. I have every confidence they will be fixing the issue with their prior cleaning service. Outside of that initial checkin blip, our stay was awesome. The home is cute and cozy, nice and bright with a view of the ocean. We had all the room we needed for two families with little kids. The access to the beach was close and easy and the outdoor shower was so great! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. Plenty of towels etc. Overall we were very happy with our stay because of the attentiveness of the property managers…it’s rare these days to get good rental hosts!

Great stay at the beach!

This is a very nice property. It is clean, beautifully decorated and has views of the beach. It’s the perfect distance from shopping and restaurants. The owner is very nice. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The beds and showers were great! There just a couple things to note: there are a couple of shabby looking trailers between the property and the beach. Your focus will be drawn to the gorgeous view of the ocean but some folks might be disappointed by this. Do not let this dissuade you from renting this place! The great owners, price point and amenities far out-weigh a casual glance at the trailers. The only other thing that I would change is that we only had one dish towel in the kitchen. For 6 ladies who used that kitchen a lot over one weekend, it would have been nice to have a few extra dish towels. Aside from those little things, it was amazing. I would love to stay here again.

Family Stay - Week of

Overall a nice and comfortable property. Here are a few suggestions for improvement: 2nd King bedroom - curtain over sliding door is semi transparent. Allows the adjacent neighbors to see in when lights are off. Consider an opaque curtain. Cleaning - on the second level we swept up a lot of dust and hair from previous occupants. Including dog hair that was on the floor and couch. We did not bring any pets. Included items - we found out after arriving that a nice beach shade was provided. This was a great benefit but it would have been good to know this ahead of time as we would not have brought our large 10x10 collapsible canopy. Towel racks - when we arrived there was a non functioning towel rack in the lower level bedroom. Besides this there were too few towel racks in general for the number of possible occupants.
