Mountain View Cabin - Best Night's Sleep at Greek Peak!

Get the best night's sleep after a strenuous day playing in the outdoors! Mountain View Cabin is 1 minute from Greek Peak & Hope Lake Lodge. Come home, take a relaxing sauna, enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, play board games, or watch the 55" smart TV while enjoying the fire in the pellet stove. The beds are ultra-luxurious mattresses with organic cotton flannel or sateen sheets. Sink into fluffy down pillows & comforters and wake refreshed and ready for the next adventure!

Our cabin is compact, and rustic, but luxurious. You should find everything you need in the kitchen. If something is missing, please let us know so that you will find it next time. We may even be able to get it to you for this stay. If you need to purchase a spice or ingredient, we welcome you to add it to the stock. You can start your day by making waffles, or maybe a smoothie to take on your bike ride or hike. Later, cook up a smooth soup with the immersion blender. There are so many other small comforts of home.
Don't miss the sauna. Wrap up in a Turkish extra-long towel and relax!!!

Amazing

We stayed for 2 nights to ski enroute to bringing our son back to Syracuse University. We didn’t want to leave. The home is well stocked, the beds are so comfortable, and the overall coziness is great. After a long day of skiing, the sauna was fantastic. Honestly, having been to numerals vrbos, this is on the top of my list. Many thanks to our hosts!

Cozy cottage

The property and owners were top notch. It was clean and fully stocked. There was nothing we needed once we were settled. The sauna was an added bonus. The owner, Caryn, and her son were available and helpful throughout the process. The surrounding area is lovely. We were in town for a baseball tournament for my oldest son. The Greek Peak resort and mountain coaster was minutes away. I would recommend this place highly. We cannot wait to come back in the winter to ski.

Base Cabin to See Eclipse

My wife and I stayed at this quaint cabin so we could view the Eclipse in the Path of Totality in Syracuse about an hour north. We were very pleased with the ease in check-in. The cabin was very clean and well appointed. It has a pellet stove and indoor dry sauna. We didn’t use either. There is a large flatscreen tv in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. There was even a waffle iron!! There were also 4 complimentary cans of beer from the owner’s son’s brewery. There was also a stackable washer dryer. Upstairs was probably one of the most comfortable queen size bed I’ve ever slept in! This 1800’s cabin is very deceiving by how small it looks on the outside and how much room is on the inside. This is the perfect cabin for a group of friends on a ski weekend. It is a 1 minute drive to Greek Peak ski resort just down the street. Grocery stores approximately 20 minutes away in Cortland. We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint rustic cabin!!!
