There are multiple boat launches within a short driving distance. House is 3 miles from Goose Pond Colony Resort and 5 miles from Waterfront Bay Grocery & Tackle.
Kitchen has full size appliances incl. dishwasher and several sm. appliances (crockpot, toaster oven, coffee pot, etc.)
Gas fireplace in living room and large easy roll out queen couch bed . Double Mattress in small Loft with tv for the kids! Private bedroom with electric fireplace over jetted tub!
