Bienvenido a 'jardines flotantes', una casa flotante maravilloso a poca distancia del centro histórico de Amsterdam. Este apartamento flotante está rodeado de vegetación en forma de jardines en la orilla y jardines flotantes en el agua. Cuenta con una terraza en la orilla del agua, así como uno en el shoreside.
Incluye una cocina bien equipada con lavavajillas, frigorífico, congelador, horno, microondas y otros pequeños aparatos eléctricos para aquellos que les encanta cocinar.
Hay un dormitorio con una cama somier de lujo. El dormitorio puede ser separada de la sala de estar por una puerta corredera.
Tiene un baño con bañera y ducha combinadas y hay un aseo. Además hay wi-fi, televisión, una instalación sonora para su reproductor de mp3, un piano y una lavadora con construido en la secadora.
Hay un calentador normal, el termostato por lo que es cómodo aquí durante el invierno. Sólo pensar en ello como un bungalow flotante y como una forma única de alojarse en Amsterdam!

Wonderful!

This houseboat is fabulous! We have stayed in a lot of apartments on our trip around the world, but none come close to this! Jack is an excellent host. The love and thoughtfulness with which he outfitted his boat is obvious. It has everything you need and more! A gourmet chef would be happy to cook in this kitchen, if you are interested in preparing some of your own meals. The canal itself is quiet, far enough away from center to be peaceful, yet close enough to be convenient to the attractions. We cannot recommend it highly enough! Thanks, Jack !

Das Hausboot liegt sehr zentral und Jack war ein sehr guter Gastgeber!

Wir waren 9 Tage auf dem Hausboot und haben die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkundet. Auf dem Hausboot gibt es alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit gut erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps für die Parksituation geben können. Wir empfehlen das Hausboot sehr gerne weiter!

Best Amsterdam Trip!

Been to Amsterdam a handful of times but never stayed on a houseboat, Jack’s place was amazing!! From the swans who would come to greet us on the back deck every morning to the awesome little neighborhood away from the main tourist areas but still close to everything, it honestly couldn’t have been better. Train station to take you all over town is conveniently located only about 3 minutes walk from the houseboat. The houseboat’s “floating gardens” even offers a little privacy, your own little garden oasis even thought you are in the middle of the city. Huge windows also, lots of natural light and stunning canal views to wake up to! Jack was a fabulous host, a laid back local who lives close by and answered any questions we had promptly. He even gave us a ride to the airport on our way out, saved us from having to lug our suitcases around town from train to train. Not sure I can visit Amsterdam again and go back to standard hotels, Jack’s houseboat was truly a unique experience that I’ll never forget. Will definitely be back, 10/10!!

Loved our unique stay !

We were looking for a unique stay in Amsterdam and Jacks place didn’t disappoint. The location is great, and was quiet at night. It was really hot the 4 days we were there but the houseboat kept cool with the open windows and cool breeze off the water. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the passing boats and the resident swan family whose nest is right next to the house. We were really happy to be able to do some laundry too! Thanks for a great end of our vacation Jack!

Clean, light and airy and a perfect location.

The house boat was perfect, the location was ideal - a short walk to all Amsterdam's attractions and far enough from the main action for a peaceful, relaxing visit. Clean and bright with everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable, I would highly recommend it.

A great Amsterdam hidden treasure

This is a real jem of a place to stay. Really well laid out the houseboat has a natural flow to it and with its bohemian decor, has a really cool vibe to it. Excellently equipped also with all you could want for your stay, a full kitchen with oven, hob and microwave. coffee maker, toaster and breakfast bar. A sunken corner bath with shower, and a big double bed looking out down the canal. It is a really great location too, really quiet and peaceful, yet close to some really interesting neighbourhoods to explore and still not too far from the centre of the city. Plenty of local bars and cafes within a short walk. All in all a place that just made you feel welcome and at home, can't wait to return Howard and Sheila

Sehr hübsches Hausboot mit viel Komfort

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Vermieter hatte alles sehr gut vorbereitet und beschrieben. Alles Wichtige war vorhanden. Lage optimal, ruhig aber sehr gut angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Zentrum schnell fußläufig erreichbar.

Un havre de paix tout proche du cœur d'Alsterdam

La maison flottante de Jack est l'endroit idéal pour vos séjours à Amsterdam. Elle est confortable, chaleureuse, design, pop, équipée au top de la cuisine à la litterie et le plus, elle est chargée d'une atmosphère festive avec son piano et sa guitare! Un coin de paradis avec son espace extérieur en bois où les canards vous attendent... Jack est un hôte rare, il vous accueille avec fruits, fleurs coupées, bières fraîches et vin français (attention spéciale Français j'imagine). Le métro est à 50m et la plupart des sites accessibles à pieds avec des bonnes baskets. Allez-y les yeux fermés! Merci Jack

Much better than a hotel - having the water just outside the windows

We had six lovely days in Amsterdam. Staying at the houseboat was brilliant and we had a good time. Thanks to Jack for a nice welcome and a well prepared kitchen and fridge, and for borrowing Hanky his chubby cat :-) Wifi wasn't quite stabil but otherwise everything lived up to our high expectations.
