The space
The home has the highest speed WiFi (xFi - 1gb) available to meet your streaming, gaming, and teleworking needs.
The bathroom sinks and toilets are less than 3 years old as is the entire kitchen. All major appliances (dishwasher, fridge, large capacity washer and dryer, ceramic top stove, coffee maker are less than 3 years old). There's a new whole house filtration system with filters changed on regular basis.
The house is situated on a hillside with a walkout bottom floor/basement. The kitchen is located on this lowest level with views West to the mountain range and north to Mount Mansfield. This bottom floor has a new half bath located in the basement area and a futon is available in a side nook room at the base of the stairs (note; there are no doors for this nook room). All mattresses have additional comfort padding added to tops with mattress protectors. The walk-in floor from the driveway has the living room with a new electric fireplace and a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom with a full over full size bunk bed and pull-out trundle is located on this primary walk-in floor also. The main bedroom with a king bed is located upstairs (note; no door at top of stairs to master bedroom-stairs lead directly to room). Each bedroom has a dedicated LG 6,000 BTU portable air conditioner (seasonal). There is a quiet LG 14,000 BTU living room air conditioner (seasonal) capable of cooling the main living area of 800 sq feet with a quiet 44dB sleep mode. There is a gas grill situated on the lower deck. There is an outside water hose for easily cleaning bikes. Without traffic, it's a short 23 minute drive to the parking lot at Stowe Ski Resort when traffic is flowing or about 38 min to Sugarbush Ski Resort.
