Right as you enter this home, you're greeted with an ample entertaining space, Lucky Ducky is loaded with amenities and offers a spacious open area living for the whole family to enjoy. During your stay, you can enjoy a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a chic dining area! The open concept makes it the perfect layout to be able to spend time all together after a fun-filled day of fun! Also conveniently located on this level is the master suite with king sized bed, private balcony, and private bathroom! Perfect for those who may prefer to not take the stairs!

On the second floor, you'll find two more bedrooms! The first is yet another master suite, with a king-sized bed private balcony, and a private bathroom! There is also the guest/kids room on this level with 4 twin beds, a perfect room for the kids!

The third floor of this home features the THIRD master suite, again with a private balcony and private bathroom. The rooftop deck is also on this level, which boasts views of the gulf and an incredible spot to watch the sunset after a long day at the beach. The balcony is also equipped with a cozy seating area and a flat-screen smart T.V. for a late-night movie under the stars!

Seacrest Beach North is a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach's private beach shuttle that will pick you up at Tram stop A3 - which is across the street from your home - and take you right to the beach!

The home is just leisurely stroll down the brick paver streets lined with palm trees and you will discover the beautiful 12,000 square foot swimming pool area with waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to soak up the sun.
