Dieses gemütliche Seehaus am Ufer des Oneida-Sees bietet einen malerischen Blick auf das Wasser von einer Außenterrasse oder von einer vollen Wand aus geräumigen Fenstern. Dieses neu renovierte Haus in Billington Bay verfügt über glatte Holzböden, eine geräumige, moderne Küche, einen Geschirrspüler und einen großen Gasherd.
Sie finden einfachen Zugang zum geräumigen Deck durch eine Seitentür und einen Gehweg, wo Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen können. Für Ihre Mahlzeiten im Freien steht ein Grill zur Verfügung. Für kühle Abende hält ein Gaskamin Sie warm.
Zwei AC-Geräte halten Sie im Sommer kühl. Der neue, saubere, weiße Badebereich verfügt über eine komfortable Dusche sowie eine entspannende Badewanne.
Das Obergeschoss bietet Platz für 6 Personen und verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und zwei Einzelbetten im zentralen Gemeinschaftsbereich in der Nähe der Treppe, von dem aus Sie durch ein breites Panoramafenster auf den See blicken können.
Auf Anfrage sind ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderspiel für die kleinen Kinder erhältlich. Für Gäste, die Kanus oder Kajaks mitnehmen, ist im Garagenbereich ausreichend Platz vorhanden.
Angler werden den Zugang zum See mit der Seeseite über das gesamte Grundstück und einem 20-Fuß-Dock genießen. Kinder freuen sich über die allmähliche Neigung des Wassers zum Schwimmen oder Waten.
Zu den kurzen Ausflügen in die Umgebung zählen eine 5-minütige Fahrt zum neuen Point Place Casino, das im März 2008 in Bridgeport eröffnet wurde, oder eine 15-minütige Fahrt zum Sylvan Beach, um ein Eis oder eine köstliche Mahlzeit zu sich zu nehmen. Quaint Lake Vacation Home

The lake house served as a wonderful landing spot for our New York vacation. We loved the homey atmosphere, the comfortable beds and the living space. We enjoyed board games at the table on a rainy morning, meals on the deck, relaxing floats on the lake, and all the special amenities provided by the hostess.

Beautiful, well-kept lakefront home.

The place was wonderful and perfect for me and my teenage sons. The steps to the bedroom were very steep and unsuitable for the elderly. Overall a wonderful experience.

Oneida Lake House

We stayed with our kids and could not have been more please with the property. The house has a very open floor plan which make it comfortable and easy the entertain and relax with the family. The decor is charming and comfortable. VERY well appointed. Everything you could need is there, including outdoor toys and games. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were all very friendly. The only downside is if you have a boat the bay can be a bit difficult to navigate, as the water around the dock and well into the bay is very shallow. Mostly about 2ft deep until you get well into the bay.

Wonderful Lakehouse!

We really enjoyed our time at the lake house. The house had all the amenities of home and was clean and well cared for. We enjoyed the deck and grill and made a campfire by the water. The sunsets were beautiful! We brought a bass boat with us and we were able to put it in at the boat launch down the road and tie it to the dock at the house. The property owners were helpful with answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Get Away at the Lake

My wife and I visited the lake house and had a wonderful stay! With the pandemic raging on, it's been difficult to plan a vacation. We desperately needed a vacation to get away from it all. The house was exactly as portrayed and more! Nothing negative to say about the house. It is well-decorated, furnished and has all the comforts of home. Nothing but 5 stars in this review. We'll definitely be back!

June Fishing Trip

My son and I plan a fishing trip each year around Father's Day. This year we chose Lake Oneida as it is close to the Syracuse airport. The home was very clean, well equipped and decorated. We enjoyed looking at the combination of cabin and antique decor throughout the home, even the garage! It was extremely well outfitted with kitchen supplies, bedding, fans and outdoor furniture. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it was a really relaxing place to stay. I trailered my 20' bass boat, the lake is shallow, but I was able utilize the dock and park the trailer in the grass lot across the street from the garage. Great view of the lake and sunsets. Great find, I hope to return with my wife, she would love it.

Amazing cottage for relaxation and reunion!

My friends and I came to Oneida for SU homecoming and a friend's wedding and we are so happy we rented this cottage. It is a beautiful home and the location is incredible - right on the lakefront! Christine and Cindy were so accommodating and welcoming. There was just enough space for all of us and it was a great spot to hang out instead of staying in a hotel for 3 days. We all commented how much we would love to rent this cottage again for future trips to central NY. We were 30 minutes from Syracuse and 30 minutes from the wedding venue, so it was the perfect location for us. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, beautiful retreat.

Perfect getaway

We were so pleased with the property. The location was excellent for our daughters to kayak and enjoy time on the lake by themselves. The bay is shallow and there was very little boat traffic. The property owners have thought of everything to make sure you are never bored. My parents came for two nights and they slept on the first floor living room area only because the stairs are a little steep to the bedroom area. The loveseat pulled out for a single bed and there was an extra mattress so they were comfortable. We will definitely like to return for another visit soon Thank you

Beautiful, quaint, and simply lovely

My two daughters (6 &9 years old) a friend and myself stayed for 3 days. I am a veteran vrbo'er and this cottage is probably one of the nicest places I have stayed. Every little touch and detail didn't go unnoticed. The care and love that was taken into the upkeep of this cottage was so remarkable. The linens were beautiful and comfy, the artwork and light fixtures were precious, it looks like a cottage out of Country Living magazine! The amenities were perfect, updated appliances, tv, (not that we watched it), and bathroom were beautiful. The porch and backyard were beautifully taken care of. My girls loved the shallow shore line and got right into the fall waters of the lake! The neighbors were friendly, and made us feel welcomed! My only complaint was that we had to leave! I am hoping to rent the cottage again this same weekend next year! Thank you for a most beautiful stay!

Summer 2020

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing and a nice change for this summer! Owner is so nice and easy to work with and wonderful neighbors too. We kayaked every day and took time to relax on the wonderful deck, around the fire pit and floating in the lake. Nice added touches around the home which was nice!

Absolutely Perfect

The cottage was absolutely perfect for our last minute change of plans. The lake was warm and the kids were able to play in the water, as it was shallow for quite a ways out, which was nice. The cottage was clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Amazing stay!

My family had our first experience renting a lake house. The house provided everything we needed and more. The lake house has a history of memories and we were able to continue that tradition. Fun Stress-Free Family Vacation at the Lake House

Our family was so delighted to stay here! We made magical memories of playing with the kids in the yard, many swims in the lake, beautiful sunsets and lake views, and enjoying meals on the deck and in the sunroom. The house is so beautifully and aptly decorated for a lake vacation. Every essential amenity was available to us from cooking spices to lawn games allowing us more time for family fun and less time making trips to the store. Would highly recommend this inviting lake house for your family!

Really enjoyed

We had such a lovely time at the lake. It was very rainy to start but that did not detract from having a great time. We went into Syracuse and had plenty to do. Once the weather changed, our kids loved running around, playing soccer on the big lawn, and being in the water. They even became buddies with the neighbors and helped with some of the gardening which they really enjoyed. My husband and I found it to be very relaxing and just what we were looking for. The sunsets were amazing! The house had everything you could need and was very comfortable. The 2 ACs really cooled the place down well. The hosts were very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Overall it was a great, relaxing experience.
