French sliders open to your private hedged in deck with gas grill, dining table with umbrella and lounge chairs to soak in the sun. Sleeper sofa on the first floor perfect for overflow. Second floor bedroom with king bed, his and hers closet, washer & dryer, and balcony with an ocean view to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. One off-street parallel parking spot.
