Fully furnished 3 BR 3bath townhouse in prestigious Coral Cay Resort, a gated community just 4 miles to Disney. This home has a spa in the backyard to use for a nominal fee. Clubhouse has a heated community pool, video games, a gym, etc. Just a mile off US192 for shopping, dining needs. Parking for 2-3 vehicles included. Linens and towels provided. Has a full kitchen. 2 big TVs, central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer in the unit, a screened patio.

The house was great

The house was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was just disappointed that the day we arrived the community pool closed for 6 weeks.

Spacious and clean accommodations

Centrally located in the area and in gated community. Pool and spa nearby. The living area and master bedroom are large and kept very clean. Great place to visit and also pet friendly. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful. The owner operator was always responsive and kind.

Great location and plenty of room

We are a family of 4 and a dog who stayed at this location for a month. We enjoyed walks around the pond, the pool and fitness area, and the space of the home. It was easy to drive to the various theme parks and restaurants. We highly recommend the Shingle Creek Park and trail system for walking/kayaking and the Pioneer Museum for local history. Jo was helpful and responsive when we had questions. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Need upgrades

The property was clean an organized, but there was only one queen size bed to accommodate two couples, the other bedrooms were equipped with twins beds, the furniture and appliances could use a updating. But my overall stay was ok.

Few suggestions

The kitchen and bathroom need to have washcloths. We were unable to get the fob to work to get into the pool area. There were no dish tabs for the dishwasher. The air conditioner was set on 78. This was too hot for us. The property was clean and nice.

Very basic, needs a deep clean and needs updating

Needs updating, various things don't work, likened it to Faulty Towers- curtain rail falls down, various things inc electrical sockets don't work, headboards not fixed to beds/just propped up, place needs a deep clean (skirting boards/areas thick with dust). Outside area dirty and unusable with rickety old furniture. Showers passable and beds OK although bedding has seen better days. In terms of the listing - need to remove the word "LUXURY" as that is farcical. Calling the resort "PRESTIGIOUS" is wholly inaccurate. Good location for access to Parks and walking distance to shops & restaurants. BIG problem if you don't have a car as pedestrian gates are padlocked and the car gates are unresponsive to pedestrians! So unless there was a car coming/going when we were leaving on foot (which we did A LOT because our daughters were staying in a house nearby) - we had to roll under the gates on the floor!!!!! Utterly ridiculous situation. Our main issue with this property was that the fob we were provided with DID NOT WORK and had not been checked, even though the rental agent said they knew there was a fault with the fobs/gates access. We arrived on Weds 24th April and immediately reported the fob did not work. It was not until Monday 29th (2 days before we were due to leave!) did the rental agent deliver a working fob. For those 5 days, we had to climb over gates and fences to access the pool. Ridiculous, poor customer care and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had excellent and prompt communication with Jo the property manager. We were booked for anouther property due to storm damage she was able to secure this house for us. The house was extremely clean! The mattress in the first bed room was as stiff as a board. But all others were excellent. The property price for a house 5 min from Disney with a Walmart with in walking distance was a steal!! Thank you Jo for your hospitality and we would gladly rent this property again!!

Close to everything

The place was nice with everything we needed. It just needs updates, the carpet on second floor should be changed and the beds were not comfortable. But it kept clean and ok. Near Disney and restaurants.

The property was fine. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was close to a lot of stores, and easy to get into. Our daughter and granddaughter, both adults, came for a visit and we all enjoyed the pool. Also a good area to walk the dogs.

Great Location

Jo was a great host. She was quick to respond to our requests.. Condo was well equipped with anything you might need. Very close to Aldi's (1 Mile) or Walmart. Close to restaurants and shopping malls. Nice neighborhood and very well manicured.

Worth the trip

The home was very clean. Gaining access was simple. Parking was right out front of the condo. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need. We coked our Christmas dinner there and had some friends come over. Will stay again and recommend it.

Great Location

Overall enjoyed the stay. Home was a little dirty when we arrived but nothing that we could not take care of. Jo was very easy to deal with and responded to our questions. We have booked again for next year to the same location. Met some great people in the area and are look forward to our return visit. Home is located close to all major attractions, Old Town and shopping. Recommend.

Clean property but neighbors were noisy

We needed a place to stay for 3 weeks due to a relocation for work and this was a very affordable option, the condo was clean and roomy for my family. My complaints are not about the condo, the neighbors liked to stay up until 2:30 am and play loud music and talk/argue any given night of the week. The area around the condo was not the best part of Kissimmee, but it served it's purpose and was well under our our relo budget.

Great location

This condo was acceptable for our 4 week stay. There were some things broken and not very clean upon our arrival, however nothing that impeded on our comfortable stay. Jo is very kind, and was always responsive if I sent him a note during our stay. We would even be willing to stay again during our 4 week therapy stay next year :-)
