New bathroom vanities with granite!!Furnished with designer furniture, as well as pillow-top mattresses. Linens are provided with beds made. Central air and heat, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 6 flat screen TV's, DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access with free wifi, Jacuzzi in master suite, ceiling fans throughout, water softener. Panoramic ocean views; great for dolphin watching. Large oceanfront decks on three levels with high end porch furniture ( Polywood hi top table and chairs) including chaise lounges. New high end swivel padded rockers. Middle deck has DRY SNAP ROOF so it can be enjoyed rain or shine. Plenty of outdoor dining space with picnic tables. Large WEBER gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, double carport with additional parking and lighted landscaping. Located near Bogue Inlet Pier. Weekly only during high season. No smoking. No pets. Must be 25 years old to rent.

Thanksgiving on the beach!

We brought our immediate family, which was 10 of us ,to stay here for the week of Thanksgiving. I couldn’t even think of anything that wasn’t perfect. The location of the place was perfect, the rooms perfect ,the kitchen utensils, and plates and everything you need for a beautiful Thanksgiving table was there and perfect. I cannot thank them enough for giving us such a wonderful time at Thanksgiving on theBeach. My 8 yr old grandson said he had never stayed in a mansion before and he loved it. Absolutely Amazing Vacation Home

I would like to say that we had an amazing time on our trip. A big part of this was due to the beautiful, spacious and comfortable vacation home we were blessed to find! When I say immaculate, it just doesn’t do it justice! This property was spotless and so well equipped that they simply thought of EVERYTHING! The hosts were fantastic, so kind and thoughtful! We’ll definitely be going back!

Great Vacation

We were in Emerald Isle for a long weekend for a wedding and chose this house to enjoy our stay. The house was very clean and well decorated. The views were amazing! The check in process was very easy and the owners were very informative and helpful. I will definitely be booking this house again!

Relaxation at the Beach

The property was amazing, just steps from the beach. The host absolutely killed it. She was always in communication and the house had everything that you needed. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves the beach

Very impressive property

We have stayed at several beach house rentals and Terry’s property far exceeded all of them. The customer service was top notch. Items that impressed us: rental was ready 3 hours early, cleanliness was impeccable, kitchen stock and quality of items were wonderful and our favorite part was that there was ample balcony seating that included high top chairs and table. The location of the house is lovely being close to everything you need but the beach in front of the house isn’t crowded at all since it isn’t too close to public access, etc. Highly recommend!

First Timers

Frequent vacation renters in the EI area: AWTY was fantastic and felt like a true home away from home. Very comfortably furnished and equipped inside and out. The TVs were large and easy to operate. We've stayed at the adjoining Double D many times with our dog but with no pet this trip, AWTY truly felt like an upgrade. Highly recommend for a very nice place convenient to all of EI.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed for a week and enjoyed every second. This home is beautiful. Location is perfect, views were amazing and the owners were so helpful! Can not say enough good things about our experience. The home is well furnished and has everything you need. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Truly wonderful

I won't bore you by repeating all the other 5-star reviews, which cover the amenities so well. Read them to hear how wonderful this house is. I'll just add to them by saying that, while staying in this lovely house, I witnessed two of the greatest sunsets of my life just outside the backdoor. Also, sleeping to the sound of ocean waves is pretty fantastic. The owner is very helpful, attentive, and flexible, and we'll be staying here again for sure!

The Johnson Family

We had a great time when staying in Emerald Isle. It was our first visit and won't be our last. It was nice that the beach during our stay was not crowded and the people were pretty friendly. My Grandson and Granddaughter had a ball. Terry was great to work with. She was very helpful since we had no clue what Emerald Isle would be like and what there was to do. My Granddaughter who is 17 found plenty of things to do. She even tried paddle boarding which she loved.

Family Reunion at "Are We There Yet? "

Our family traveled from Wake Forest, NC; San Diego, CA; and, Phoenix, AZ to meet for a week at this oceanfront duplex known as, "Are We There Yet?" It was the vacation of a lifetime! The house was gorgeous, and everything inside was new, clean and decorated so perfectly. We forgot most of the time that it wasn't our house, because we felt just like we were at home. We will never forget our memories during our stay this house. We played cards, had picnics on the beach, watched the sunset, and enjoyed little fireworks shows every night. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, and hope some day we are lucky enough to travel here again!

Great lounging or launching pad!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay between Christmas and New Years. Comfortably fit seven adults with room to spread out as needed, with small den on the basement level and multiple decks. Good kitchen for preparing meals and dining room table was comfortable for our group. King bed was comfortable but other full sized beds a bit tight for our larger guys. Home was clean and well appointed. Felt secluded with beach access out the back steps, but walkable to get a drink outdoors and short drive to grocery or fish market. Enjoyed the sights of the sunsets and pier lit up at night. Would definitely return.

Great house for large family

We had a terrific time at this house! We were a pretty large group (3 couples, plus two toddlers). We especially liked that there were three bedrooms and bathrooms for the adults, plus two separate places for our kids to sleep (we put one in a crib in the kids room - which has 3 twin beds for older kids - and the other in the downstairs den). The kitchen was well equipped and I liked that there was room for all 8 of us to sit at the dining table. Plenty of towels were provided and the bed linens were soft and comfy. The two decks were wonderful, with lots of seating. And of course it was great to be right on the beach! Location was good, just a few minutes from some restaurants and a grocery store.
