Welcome to Sandy Bottoms, this 4 bed 3 bath home is in the heart of the highly sought after Topsail Beach. This home is purely oceanfront with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic ocean. With no close public access, you will feel like you have the beach area to yourself and just your neighbors.

This open floor living area is the ideal setting for entertaining family and friends. The fully stocked updated kitchen is great for those evenings you want to stay in and cook. On this floor you will also find a full size bathroom with newly remodeled walk in shower. Attached to the bathroom you will find 1 of the 4 bedrooms with a king size bed. This bedroom faces the ocean with a private entrance to the deck area. Step onto the deck and sip your coffee or wine and take in the ocean air.

On the bedroom floor you will find a true master king suite with it's own private bathroom. Down the hall you will find two more king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the bedroom floor you will also find the washer and dryer. Two of these king bedrooms are oceanfront with sliders leading right out onto the deck.

On the ground level you will find a sitting area out back, an outdoor shower, hammock and the crossover to the beach.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper

A separate security deposit for $700 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
