Our Marina Place unit offers year-round enjoyment for your next vacation whether you are here to ski, snowboard, sail, boat, bike, hike, or just relax. Our two bedroom/two bathroom condo affords great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our location in Dillon Colorado is centrally located not far from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

Park your cars in our covered parking and walk to the local restaurants or brew pub, or take the free Summit Stage to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, or Silverthorne. The bus stop is just across the street. Or sit out on the balcony to enjoy views of the bikers on the trail, or sailboats on the lake.

The Master Bedroom features a queen-sized pillow-top mattress set, adjoining master bathroom, and access to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin-sized bunk bed. The hall bathroom has a two sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

Our first floor unit is close to the elevator so you don’t have to worry about dragging your vacation gear up flights of stairs. The hot tub and sauna are closest to our unit. Just throw on your suit and grab a towel and your steps away from relaxation.

Summer at Marina Place offers limitless possibilities for biking, sailing, boating, and hiking. We are just steps away from the bike path to Keystone, Breck, Frisco, and Vail. If you are a mountain biker, great single track possibilities are close by near Keystone, Frisco, or Breckenridge. Walk down to the world’s highest Marina to sail or sit next to the lake at the Tiki Bar. Free evening concerts at the outdoor amphitheater are just a minute’s walk, or take your kids to the new playground and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Our location is ideal for family or friends to enjoy the variety of activities available in Summit County.

Fantastic place to stay in Dillom
We really enjoyed staying in Susan's condo. The location is perfect, its close to everything -- marina, restaurants, supermarket, hikes. It also has incredible views of the lake. The condo was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Susan called me to check if we arrived ok, which was really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location and the property was so quiet. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with helpful kitchen items. The main bedroom bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the living room fireplace. The hot tub and pool were clean and well cared for. Covered parking a huge plus. Would definitely rent here again.

Great family vacation
Susan was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. Well stocked kitchen and pantry, great for making your own meals. Condo itself is well laid out. Enjoyed close access to walking trail by the Dillon Marina. Easy access to main roads to ski areas. Would strongly recommend renting for families or a couple couples. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful to stay at a well stocked condo. Plenty of blankets, every condiment you could need, and easy access to the room. Things to note include a trek through snow to get to the only open clubhouse and covered parking was unavailable due to icy conditions and a difficult angle to a narrow spot. We were able to secure a free space nearby so not a big issue for us. Wonderful host- very responsive!

By far the best stocked condo we ever stayed at. We used the kitchen extensively and didn’t need to supply any soaps or paper products. Full set of knives, pans and anything you would need. Our cat was a little large and didn’t fit the parking. But offsite parking was within a block for a small fee. Definitely recommend

Annual Colorado Snow Ski Trip
Several of my adult sons, and now one of my grandsons, enjoy an annual snow ski trip together, typically to Colorado. We enjoy Dillon, where this condo is located. Very nice condo with plenty of space for the 5 of us. Well maintained and appointed. The owner contacted us and is very pleasant and helpful. I would have give all 5's above except for two things: (1) the rugs in the entry and bathrooms looked like they had not been vacuumed or cleaned; otherwise the condo was very clean (2) the garage parking space was unusable --- very small and tight, with entry on a slant between a concrete retaining wall and a large concrete pillar, with a thick layer of ice across the entry from an adjacent down spout. If there were no ice, only a small vehicle could fit comfortably. Finding a place to park was an issue for the first two nights of our stay. The owner kindly contacted some other owners and found one who allowed us to park in their garage spot in the adjacent building. The City of Dillon now charges for overnight parking in their lots (which adds up over 5-6 nights). These issues should be disclosed up front in the property description, in my opinion. We would rent this condo again and recommend it to others with the caveat regarding vehicle parking.

The owner’s directions and instructions were incredibly helpful and she called to see how everything was going once we arrived. The location was a block from Dillon main road and very close to the lake walking/riding path. Truly a perfect getaway!

Location is excellent! Place was clean and well-stocked. Communication was efficient and very good. Be aware that this place is older and could easily be updated. The beds were soft. All the fabrics ( living room furniture, bed clothes and dining room chairs) needs to be refreshed as they have a musty smell. We would stay here again.

We chose to buy this location because it is centrally located to biking, skiing, and boating. We are far from any highway or major street noise. We chose this location because of the great lake and mountain views.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefit that we enjoy at Marina Place is the ablity to park our cars for the weekend and walk to restaurants, concerts, and bars. We are also the closest unit to the hot tub and sauna which affords us the greatest ease in using it.
