Welcome to Bells on the Biloxi, your serene escape nestled along the peaceful Biloxi River. Whether you're craving adventure, relaxation, or a little of both, this spacious riverfront retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty.

Enjoy direct access to the Biloxi River from your private dock—perfect for fishing, kayaking, or just soaking in the scenery. Bring your boat or simply enjoy the calm waters from the comfort of the shoreline.

Stunning Views, Inside and Out
Start your day with coffee and breathtaking sunrise views from the balcony's Adirondack chairs, and end it with sunsets that paint the sky in cotton candy hues. The picturesque river views are the perfect backdrop for every moment of your stay.

Spacious & Comfortable Living
With over 1,700 square feet of living space, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests:

Primary Bedroom: King bed + ensuite bath with jetted tub

Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Guest Bedroom 3: Two twin beds

Guest Bath: Walk-in shower

Pet Friendly: We welcome up to 2 pets with a $75 non-refundable fee per pet.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook with ease in the well-stocked kitchen featuring everything from a drip coffee maker, blender, and crockpot to baking pans and muffin tins. Enjoy meals in the dining room with a gorgeous view of the water.

Cozy Living Room
After a day outdoors, kick back in the living room with a large smart TV, plush sectional with chaise, and two comfy chairs—the perfect space to relax, stream your favorites, or share stories from the day.

Bring Your Furry Friends
Because vacations are better with pets! Bells on the Biloxi is pet-friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a small pet fee. (Please note: restricted breeds not allowed.)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
* Guests must be at least 25 years old to book
* Rental agreement and guest registration form required at time of booking
* Photo ID required prior to check-in
* No smoking, parties, or events permitted
* Free high-speed Wi-Fi
* Exterior security cameras in use (no interior recording)
* Bed linens & bath towels provided
* Starter supply of soaps, trash bags, dish pods, laundry pods, and paper goods included
• THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
• Absolutely NO smoking inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and DO NOT leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE. All guests are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating the terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED IS 6. You will be FINED $100 per guest, that you are over occupancy.
• ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
• PETS are permitted. MAX PETS ALLOWED IS 2. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
• The City of Gulfport asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
• We DO NOT recommend swimming in the water. If you choose to do so,
SWIMMING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK
• Alligators & Snakes are known to be in the area. Stay away from tall grass and DO
NOT feed the wildlife
• ALL CHILDREN, under the age of 18, are NOT PERMITTED in the water area without
an adult present. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES
• DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture inside.
• NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the balconies, furniture, beds, floors, or carpet/rugs.
• When away from the property, set the thermostat at 75 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
• Parking is ONLY allowed in the driveway or under the home.
• DO NOT park in the grass. Parking on the street is NOT allowed.
• NO trailers, boats or RV’s are allowed without prior approval.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. You will be responsible for any damages or missing items during your visit.
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A FLOOD RISK AREA. THIS MEANS DURING HEAVY RAIN OR INCLEMENT WEATHER, THERE IS A POTENTIAL THAT THE PROPERTY WILL FLOOD.
• Be kind & courteous to the neighbors.

Great property for family trip

This property was great for our family of 5. Very clean, lots of comfy beds, large living and dining area, and large outside dock area for fishing. Definitely a place we would stay again when we come back to the coast.

Girls trip

We had a great weekend. The house was beautiful, view fantastic! Kristin, the property manager even answered me after hours. Our group was 6 ladies, and we were all pleased (which is not easy to do)! I highly recommend this listing!
