Perfect for our family of 5

This was such a nice little place. It was so clean and the swim spa was nice. The check-in and out process was super simple. It was very spacious. It was super close to the beaches and in a quiet little neighborhood. A wonderful stay and would recommend this to any and everyone.

Cute and comfortable

This was a great place for our long weekend get a way. The swim spa was a treat! Close to many attractions and the neighborhood is very quiet. The house is cozy and relaxing. Will come again!!

Great property, short drive to the beach

We stayed at this property while visiting family over spring break. We had 6 family members 4 being ages 13-20. It met all our needs perfectly. The property is spacious (we thought more than the photos showed) and we never felt crowded, even with 4 more family members joining us for dinner at the house. The swim spa was a hit with the kids, it also was much bigger than we expected. We spent a lot of time at the beach and missed out on using the swim spa to the fullest. It was a short drive to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Our boys enjoyed some fishing at the marina at the end of the neighborhood. The owner was very responsive if we had any questions or concerns. We definitely felt very comfortable as we were at home away from home. This is our first VRBO experience and we are very satisfied! We hope to visit the Cortez Dolphin Club house again!
