Cozy Family & Dog-Friendly 3 Bedroom with Fenced-In Yard, Close to Downtown

Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home located centrally in Cincinnati.

This cozy house combines modern comfort, kid-friendly amenities, a fully fenced-in yard and a large dog door while being only minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. Ideal for families with kids and / or dogs looking for a comfortable home away from home.

The Bedrooms:
All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. Ample closet and drawer space is available for you to store your belongings during your stay. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the nightstands are equipped with power outlet banks.

Bedroom 1 - The Wildflower Room (sleeps up to 3)
- King size bed and pack & play

Bedroom 2 - The Grey Room (sleeps up to 2)
- Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 - The Cat Room (sleeps up to 1)
- Twin size day bed
- Dedicated work space

Bathroom:
The bathroom is located on the second floor. The bathroom has been completely redone and features a full-size bathtub / shower combo. You'll find all the necessary amenities, including toiletries for your convenience.

Living Area:
The living area features a large faux leather sofa, a 65" Sony OLED Smart TV and cozy pillows and blankets. There is a designated play area with plenty of toys for toddlers and children. For your furry friends, we store pet-friendly blankets and towels in the ottoman. A mix of family-friendly and adult-oriented board games are available.

Kitchen and Dining:
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, range, microwave, and dishwasher. It is well-stocked with essential cook and bakeware, small appliances, utensils and an assortment of spices and cooking oils.
The adjacent dining area features a large, extendable table which can seat up to 8 people, a high chair and a well stocked coffee bar.

Backyard:
Our backyard is fully fenced in with an 6ft privacy fence. The door to the backyard has a large 15x10" dog door which can be closed up. We have a small covered outdoor seating area, which seats up to 6 people, and a designated fire pit.

- On-property parking is available for your vehicle(s)

Kid-Friendly Amenities:
- Designated play area in the living room with a variety of toys for kids from 1-12
- Family-friendly board games, such as Ticket to Ride or Codenames
- Safety items such as a kid's gate, cabinet locks and outlet covers
- Pack and play with washable mattress and sheet
- High chair and plastic utensils, cups and bowls

Dog-Friendly Amenities:
- Fully fenced-in backyard with 6ft fence and as escape-proof as reasonably possible
- Large 10x15" dog door
- Pet-friendly blankets and towels
- Pet bowls and dog bags are provided

Please note that this is our private home and we are renting it out while we are traveling across the US with our camper. We hope you love this house as much as we do and take care of our home as if it was your own.

Perfect for Us

From the time we inquired about the property to when we left, everything was fantastic. The property is located only a few minutes from Rookwood with lots of great shopping and our favorite restaurants, BJs. We spent time at Newport on the Levee which was also another short drive. The property was wonderful!!! Great neighborhood. Conveniently located near I71. Probably the most comfortable queen size bed I have slept in. It was like a cloud and the linens were cozely as well. Everything about this place was great. It was wonderful to travel with our dogs and not worry about a thing. Well stocked for cooking and long stays. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.Thank you again for a wonderful weekend!!
