The living room area has a sofa bed that could be used for comfortable sleeping for one adult or two kids. The entertainment center has a Samsung 48-Inch LCD TV which is connected to a DVD player. The apartment has high speed internet with Wi-fi, no regular cable TV. There is a TASSIMO T55 Single Cup Brewer with mixed selection of coffee and tea pods to enjoy during the stay. There is a glass dining table comfortable for two and a small work desk by the window. On the work desk there would be the laundry card that can be used during your stay. Laundry machines are located in the basement of the building. The sleeping area has a Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Pierpont Firm Queen Mattress. Next to the bed is a custom built reach in closet with sliding glass door which has enough storage space to enjoy during the stay. The apartment has two windows. As the apartment is on a lower floor and the windows face the back side of the building there is no real view to enjoy. The apartment gets ample of sunlight during the day time and the window blinds are custom printed to give a feel of the Brooklyn bridge view. There are two heating & cooling units one on the living side area and the other next to the bed area. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen. If you enjoy cooking during your stay you won’t be disappointed. Enough pots, pans and appliances to make it convenient.

The studio apartment is right in midtown Manhattan. The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is surrounded by major hotels like Waldorf Astoria, The Roger Smith Hotel, The Lexington New York City, Hyatt 48 Lex, New York Marriott East Side & Inter Continental New York Barclay. You can walk to lot of places like the Restaurants, super market, drug store, subway, grand central terminal, empire state building, Rockefeller center, UN building and much more which makes the location very convenient to explore the NYC. All different kind of dining options are in walking distance.

The building has 24 hour doormen. The building staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They will make a difference during your stay and help out with any questions or help you may need.

Good place, great doormen, honest landlord

The two best things about this place was the landlord who was responsive and took good care of the place and the doormen who made you feel extremely secure in the building. The flat is small studio apartment without a view and like most places in New York, overpriced, but the location was great for the UN and the landlord was honest and made sure the apartment had everything guests needed. We were happy with our stay I would stay again if the place was available next year.

Ideal for a short stay in midtown

Stayed for 2 months for a summer internship in midtown. The flat was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and just like the photographs. The doormen were super helpful and the facilities were all functional. Highly recommend for access to midtown and Grand Central.

Great Place in NYC

I really enjoyed staying at this apartment for almost six weeks. The location is fantastic, and the apartment is very comfortable. The place is exactly as in the photos, and everything worked very well (wifi, heating, cable, etc). The building is very well kept and has 24 hour staffed front desk. I look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent Studio in MidTown

Unit and Building are quiet and in a great MidTown location. Unit owner was extremely responsive and promptly attended to questions/repairs. We would definitely stay at the unit in the future.

Amazing Host and Amazing Property

Immaculate, fully stocked with all essentials. Towels, cleaning products, coffee pods, bed linens. Fully stocked kitchen, everything was perfect for our stay. This host is top notch, made sure our stay was amazing. Will definitely go back!

A cozy place with great location, close to subway stations.

We stayed10 days in NYC. We enjoyed this studio apartment. The owner is very nice to us. The kitchen let us cook a few meals during our stay. The bed is very comfortable.

The space was cozy but spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and it's in a great location.

The place is clean with a great shower and kitchen. The tv is a great size and the door men give a sense of security. It's walking distance to many thing. The CVS is close and so are many restaurant's. Great space and host. Awsome stay.

Could not be better !!!

The apartment is well located and has all you need for a stay in NYC. I have stayed there for 3 months and everything was perfect. Nilesh is incredibly supporting and gave all attention since the reservation moment. Perfect !!!

This apartment was perfect! The amenities were amazing and you can't beat the location. The owner really goes above and beyond making sure your stay is exactly what you're looking for. You can't find a better place!! I would definitely stay here for my next New York trip!

great apartment

I spent a month in this studio apartment with my 2 childreen . Everything was excellent , very comfortable and close to every interesting spot . There is a super market located just two blocks from the apartment . The flat is very clean and has all the comforts , Nilesh is very kind and helpful . I will reccomend this place to all my friends coming to NY

Excellent apartment!

I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone! I stayed for one month and it was very comfortable. It has a perfect location, there is a subway station just around the corner. As it is on a lower floor, I was scared that it would be too noisy, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was very considerate, the fridge was full of mineral water when I arrived. I used the kitchen a couple of times, it was well equipped. The dining table is pretty small, but fine for two people. I would definitely want to stay here the next time I go to NY.

perfect location

It was my second stay in the apartment. Everything is just perfect there. It's extremely clean and well maintained. I like the modern design and the furniture's high quality. The midtown location is perfect for sightseeing, shopping, dining, etc. A lot of sights, shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The owner was very helpful with all questions I had and made me feel very welcome. Thank you!! I would certainly recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing !!

It was my firts time in NYC and one of the most important nice comments it was related this apartment. Everything is better than you can see in the photos. very cozy and with everything you would need for a perfect stay: from a very well equiped kitchen and laundry to internet and cable TV I didn´t find anything that you not have into the apartment. Most that you need for a great experience related the accomodation. the owner and his wife are very nice people and they offered to me continously a help to resolve my questions. everything was excellent: the location, confortable apartment, the hospitality of the consierge in the lobby, the equipments, everything. they are already set into my agenda to recommend to go to anybody that need accomodation in NYC.

Outstanding place and service

This porperty is an absolutly highly recommended one behind its location, very confortable appartment and exceptional attention from its owner. Location wise it is perfect to move around the city (even from East to West). It´s right by Lexington where you can get access to many subways and buses heading downtown while at 3rd avenue you have buses going uptown at the corner. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around the area for all ocassions and also a 24hrs convenience store at the corner with pharmacies close by too. It´s 5 blocks from Grand Central Station and 3 from 5th Ave, very close to many tourist attractions as well. The appartment itself is true to the pictures shown, very cozy and with everything you would need for a perfect stay: from a very well equiped kitchen and laundry to internet and cable TV. Linens and beds are very confortable, even the sofa-bed. Bathroom is very quite spacius with a bathtub (perfect if you are with a baby). Regarding views although it looks into the back of the building it is very luminous and you will never get a sense of being trapped (and NYC it´s not a place to stay in all day!). Needless to mention, cleaness was outstanding. Very important to mention was Nilesh superb service and willigness to help make this the perfect stay. He was very open and communicative in the first place, arranging everything for our late night arrival (doormans are super nice too!) to having extra ammenities such as water, coffee (I am coffee fan and this coffee was excellent) and other household basics. Looking forward to stay back there soon!

Beautiful and Very Cozy Studio Apartment

The description and photos were very accurate to the location, layout, amenities, cleanliness and maintenance. The building was also very safe and the staff were very helpful with directions and places to see. Very close to many restaurants, subway and major shopping places within walking distance. I was surprised to be so close to the Chrysler building, Rockefeller Center and Grand Central Station. We were visiting exclusively to see the Macy's parade and the owner was kind enough to lend us two portable folding chairs for the event. I will definitely decide to recommend this property to friends and family and hope to stay here again on my next visit. Our stay felt as if we were home.

Excellent apartment!!!

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days. We loved it. It is exactly as it looks on the pictures! Its location is awesome. You are a couple of blocks from everything. There are many affordable places where to eat. There is also a supermarket just two blocks away. Even though it is a studio it is very comfortable and very spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped in case you want to cook. We traveled with our 19 months daughter so it was great to have a place to cook healthy food for her. The free wifi internet connection and the computer is really a plus for all foreign travelers who don't what to pay expensive roaming charges! The owner of the apartment was very polite and kind to us. He answered all our inquiries very fast and in a very polite way. The day we arrived our flight was delayed more than an hour, but he was waiting for us, even though he could have left the keys to the doorman. He also leaves coffee and tea capsules and told us to feel free to use them, as well as all the water bottles in the refrigerator. We realy felt at home in this place!! We would definitely try to stay here the next time we visit NY.

ultra-comfortable stay at this studio!

The studio is very comfortable and is also in a perfect, and safe, location in Manhattan. Everything inside works well and is good quality. Both the bed and the closet are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is even a computer and a printer in the living room. The pictures on the site are absolutely trustworthy. When I arrived, there was a lady waiting for me, who was there to answer any questions or doubts. I definitely want to go back, and as soon as possible!

Excellent accommodation

The studio apartment was very well equipped and the photos portrayed the accommodation precisely. The standard of cleanliness was extremely high and I would definitely stay at this property again. I would recommend it highly. The location was great. Nilesh was waiting for us when we arrived to go through a few things and he was very accommodating and professional throughout the whole process.
