This 1-bedroom retreat, featuring an upper-level loft and 1.5 baths, is meticulously designed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Inside, three snug beds and a sofa sleeper promise a rejuvenating night's sleep. The well-stocked kitchen, inclusive of coffee and tea supplies, awaits your culinary adventures (just bring groceries). A washer/dryer adds convenience, while a collection of beach/pool essentials—chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, bodyboards, and toys—ensures vacation delight.
Entertainment flourishes with free WiFi on large flat screens in the living and master bedrooms, offering access to streaming services (guests need their own accounts). Board games, puzzles, cards, a DVD player with a small movie selection, and books provide extra leisure choices.

• Please note that the condo, situated on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Access to the condo and beach requires the use of wooden staircases. This setup may pose challenges for individuals with mobility limitations, and as such, it is not recommended for such guests.
• Kindly be aware that the loft space, along with the use of an access ladder, is suggested for children aged 6 years and older. If the loft space and ladder are to be utilized by children or teens under 18 years old during the stay, this guest(s) waiver must be reviewed.
Waiver for the use of the ladder to access the loft:
Guest agrees to the following:
1. The loft area has a non-standard height ceiling, with a vaulted design and one side being lower, and it is more suitable for children, teens, and adults of average to shorter height.
2. The use of the ladder is solely at the guest's own risk, and the guest is responsible for ensuring their safety and the safety of any minors under their care during the use of the ladder.
3. Hosts recommend the use of the loft space and ladder for children aged 6 years and older.
• Please be aware that the community Homeowners Association (HOA) may, on occasion, conduct repairs, maintenance, or updates in the general common areas or buildings, necessitating temporary water shut-offs. While hosts/owners cannot control the scheduling of these activities, guests will be promptly notified if their unit or building will be directly affected.
