Local breweries, Dogwood Park are a 5 min walk, while trails, waterfalls and lakes are within a 15-20 minutes drive. This condo comes with private two-car garage off-the-street parking, a quaint patio, full kitchen and dining area, workspace and two full baths.
The Neighborhood:
A safe area where you can get fresh vegetables across the street at the farmers market, a 5 min walk to several different restaurants or nightlife, shopping at local boutiques, relaxing at a coffee house or just enjoy a sunny day in the park, you will love this home and location.
If you are traveling for work you are about a 10min drive from everything in town and all the major employers in the area. The Hospital, Tennessee Tech University and Chamber of Commerce are all in walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
To keep costs as low as possible, we supply a one-two day supply of basics such as laundry pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, 2-3 Keurig pods. We keep bulk shampoo, body wash and conditioner in each bathroom. We generally supply 2 towel and 2 washcloths per bathroom. We appreciate your stay! Should you need more consumables, we’ll help with local advice. Kroger, Aldi, Dollar General, etc. only a few miles from home.

Always available by a call or text message. Owners live very close and will help with any issues.

The property was renovated in 2023 and will give anyone a relaxing clean stay but the new location is everything if you want to see Cookeville. On top of the downtown as a bonus, it offers a 2-car garage for those who might want to bring their bicycles, motorcycles, kayaks, or just need some extra parking. If you are a traveling doctor or nurse, look no further, the property is 3 blocks from the hospital and TTU nursing school.
