Condo with a view

My children and I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Location is very convenient. It is close to the lobby, pool and parking. Highly recommend it!

Perfect Beachside Condo

This stay was as seamless as possible!The condo was clean, well equipped with thoughtful touches and owners were quick to respond. Comfortable bedding, plenty of towels and beach accessories and very convenient location. Have already recommended to friends!

Beautiful unit and location with excellent communication with host.

Views from this unit are fabulous; even better when weather allows for use of the patio/deck. Our only issue was figuring out the "smart TV" which apparently was too smart for us! (But then we're a little bit old and stupid when it comes to technology!)

They thought of everything

The view was gorgeous and the place was cozy and comfortable. They have a pantry stocked with condiments and even a few non-perishable food items. The beach equipment was so handy and made our trip really enjoyable.

Absolutely Beautiful

Went for a 2 getaway and what a dream. The condo is absolutely beautiful, well appointed and so comfy. I appreciate the in house amenities such as pantry basics, the clean furnishings and the view…wow! Jane and Ken are fabulous hosts and responded immediately when I reached out. The grounds are amazing, and the resort staff are so nice and helpful. Can't wait to visit again.

Exquisite accommodation

Very clean & comfortable with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from the patio. Take a walk down a paved path and you are on a quiet sandy beach. Host is outstanding and easy to communicate with. A++

Cousin retreat

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Everything was as good as, or better than, depicted. The large deck overlooking the pool was so relaxing in the evening, watching the sun set. Condo had everything we needed for a three night stay. I will for sure recommend this condo to my family and friends, and we will be back. Thanks for an amazing get-away.

Very Accommodating and great view

The owners have been very accommodating and responsive the two times that I have rented their property. The property itself is clean and as pictured in the listing. We loved the ocean view and the short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great time

My partner and I stayed at Jane's property for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Although we initially had a problem with the door code, we called Ken and he quickly helped us to resolve it. It was very clean and had a lot of thoughtful touches that let us know that they cared about their guests (i.e. extra pillows, extra blankets, snacks, etc...) Also, the amenities were great too, like the modern dish washer, microwave and coffee maker. And of course the view from the deck looking out to the sea in the distance was sublime. Overall, we had a awesome stay and would stay here again if we came back to visit.

We have been associated with the Seascape beach since 2006. We believe it is the best beach in Northern California! There are miles and miles of unobstructed shoreline for your walks or runs.

What makes this property unique

We are located on the second floor just above the pool in the main building. We are a steps away from the lobby which has Sanderlings Restaurant, the lobby bar and both indoor and outdoor fire pits to enjoy your favorite refreshments.
