During your stay you will enjoy the entire unit as well as the fully fenced backyard and patio area. Parking is on-street in a safe neighborhood. Access is via a coded door-lock at the back door. Arcata is very walkable and almost every restaurant, bar, and shop is located within a few-block radius from your cottage. This studio is in the heart of this vibrant downtown community.
Other things to note
This is a pet friendly unit with a $35 pet fee per stay (only one dog per reservation unless otherwise agreed in advance). Our downtown location means local events are often happening close by. Eateries and local pubs make it perfect for someone wanting to enjoy the vibrant downtown life of Arcata. The pub down the street boasts world-class beers and new releases with a great vinyl record and a comic book collection to browse.
