The Space:
Upon entry, you'll find the light and bright living room with ample seating, a cozy fireplace, and large sliding doors that fully open, effortlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. The sleek kitchen features a modern design with stainless steel appliances, fully equipped for all your culinary needs. The adjacent dining space includes a round dining table with seating with 4 people. The family room is an entertainer's paradise with a stylish bar area with barstool seating for four, a dedicated workspace at the built-in desk area, swanky couch, and flat screen TV. The sliding doors open up to the expansive outdoor area, allowing you to enjoy the California sunshine. Step into the backyard and discover your private paradise. A refreshing pool and spa invite you to unwind, while the lounge seating, fire pit, and BBQ area set the stage for memorable outdoor gatherings. The outdoor dining table with seating for six is perfect for al fresco meals under the stars, surrounded by fruit trees that add a touch of natural beauty. The bedrooms are equally luxurious: Bedroom 1: A spacious, primary retreat with a king bed, flat-screen TV, love seat, en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors to the outdoor patio. The en-suite bathroom features a dual vanity and a spa-like wet room with a shower and soaking tub amongst a picture window. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. The casita (4th bedroom) has a private entrance, but also opens into the main house.
