The Avanti Vacation Rental offers a relaxing pool area for sunbathing and a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal on the screened-in lanai with a barbecue grill. The kitchen is fully furnished and connected to the family room, lanai, and pool. The rental home is conveniently located within walking distance of Vanderbilt Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. If you're visiting during peak season, it's recommended to arrive at the beach before 10 a.m. for a good spot.
The Avanti rental home is the perfect option for short-term stays near the beach, providing a great alternative to beach hotels. You can relax by the pool in the well-maintained backyard and enjoy the tropical surroundings, including a mango tree and blooming flowers along the privacy fence. The neighborhood street where the home is located is peaceful and wide. Vanderbilt Beach is just a short walk away, offering beautiful scenery and great shelling opportunities. The closest beach access point is at the end of 111th Avenue / Bluebill Avenue, approximately 1.2 miles (1.9 km) away.
The guest will have access to the entire home and pool area. This is a private vacation rental with only the guest staying there.

All of our properties are also professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. A welcome basket is provided to get your stay started, complete with extra toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent, kitchen trash bags, and more!

You can walk to beaches and shopping. We would recommend a car to experience all of Naples! The location of this property puts you a convenient walk away from the beach and just a short drive from a variety of attractions around all of Naples.
We do offer additional add on's such as:
Pool heating is available for an additional charge. - $60/night
*Pool Heat is an additional charge per night. All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day. You have 72 hours after booking to add this at that cost. After 72 hours, the price does go up to $100/day.
This rental is pet friendly but that is limited to 2 pets per stay. Pet Fee – Bringing your furry friend? Enjoy a pet-friendly stay with a small fee of $25 per pet per day.
NFVH has the right to question breed and size, as well as charge a penalty if a mess is left.
No Events are allowed at this house.
The Maximum number of guests allowed at this property is 6. This applies to overnight stays as well as during the day.

Late December, February, and March are the busiest months of the year, with the greatest demand. Consider a winter getaway in January, early December, or April. Naples, FL is a beautiful place to visit any month of the year. Enjoy the best rates from late April through mid-December.
Discounts can also be made for those paying by eCheck, ACH or wire transfer. At Naples Florida Vacation Homes, LLC we are happy to pass the savings in credit card processing fees along to the consumer.
Animal Fee Disclosure
We are happy to accommodate animals at select properties, with a tiered pricing structure starting at $25 per animal, per day. The fee decreases for longer stays, providing a more affordable option the longer you remain. This add-on fee can be paid after reserving your stay.
Please note that animals are accepted at the discretion of management. If you plan to bring a service animal, please ensure you are booking an animal-friendly property. Some of our third-party property owners may have severe allergies to animals.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADHERENCE OF THIS AGREEMENT
The responsible party (GUEST) signing this agreement must put on file with MANAGER a valid credit card. GUEST authorizes MANAGER to charge credit card for any/all violations of this agreement and any incidentals or optional services requested during stay. GUEST consents to electronic signature of this document in lieu of an original signature upon an actual charge slip. GUEST agrees this Credit Card Authorization cannot be revoked and will not terminate until 45 days after leased premises are vacated.
Provided RESPONSIBLE PARTY and its GUESTS uphold the TERMS of this agreement, obey house rules, be respectful of our neighbors and our staff, make use of the property and its contents in a respectful manner, no additional charges to the credit card being held will be made. The following circumstances constitute the MANAGER's reserved right to apply additional charges to said credit card or to seek damages from GUEST for failure to uphold their responsibilities:
• Disrespectful use of property causing complaint from neighbors, homeowner association, property manager, staff or law enforcement.
• Any lost, stolen or missing items.
• Unreported, broken or damaged items or property requiring replacement &/or repair.
• Failure to obey our check-in & check-out times.
• Exceeding the number of GUESTS or visitors as registered.
• Hosting of any unauthorized gatherings, party, event, etc.
• Possession of illegal substances or conducting any illegal or illicit activity on the property.
• Excessive cleaning &/or excessive trash, garbage or debris removal.
• Failure to return keys, garage door or gate openers, parking passes, etc.
• Soiling of bedspreads, carpeting
