Luxury Design Pool Villa "Portas do Campo" next to Vale do Lobo & Quinta do Lago
Our villa "Portas do Campo" is not just a holiday home, but a home away from home.
High quality materials and a well thought out interior leave nothing to be desired.
The house has been renovated and furnished by a design studio. Box spring beds, rain showers, a saltwater infinity pool, a large outdoor barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen - there is nothing left to be desired.
The accommodation
Our recently renovated, light and airy villa overlooking the sea offers a refreshingly modern interpretation of the traditional Algarve beach house. Set in a tropical garden of palm trees, spiny shrubs and light gravel and stone paths, Portas do Campo is a modern retreat with nods to the region's architectural past.
The two-storey, three-bedroom house has hand-made fish-scale clay tile floors and an infinity saltwater pool at the rear, surrounded by a sun-drenched pergola. There is also a barbecue pergola where you can enjoy culinary delights with friends or family. The interior of the house is decorated in a subdued beach house style with lots of wood, dried plants and decorative touches of earth tones and natural fibres against plain white walls.
Access for guests
You can use any part of the house.

The house and pool are cleaned once a week.
We offer the following additional services
- Pool heating (Price per week 260 Euro)
- Intermediate cleaning of the house with change of towels and sheets (Price 169 Euro)
- Massages, private yoga lessons etc. in the house (chargeable)
- Welcome grocery shopping (69 euros)

We are a family from Germany. We built this house for ourselves because we were tired of not being able to find a suitable holiday home. It is important to us that a house not only looks good, but is also comfortable and functional.
Varför värden valde detta boende
In Almancil we have found our second home. The beaches, the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, the vineyards, the marinas, there is so much to discover.
The villa "Portas do Campo" is the last house on a small hill. Surrounded by olive groves, sometimes a shepherd passes by with his flock, you can hear birds chirping and the sound of grills.
