Brand new townhome ready for you & your family! Located in the absolute best spot in town! Sweeping views of Pikes Peak and the Incline. Just a few blocks from Manitou Springs & Old Colorado City. It's next door to the Academy Riding Stables, a few blocks from the Garden of the Gods, Balancing Rock and the Trading Post. You are minutes from the Incline & the Cog Railway. Eating, shopping, sightseeing, hiking, and big adventures are just out your door!
The space
This home is brand new completed in February 2023. Beautiful Colorado Modern with lofty spaces. Generous 2 car garage for your use.

Two spacious bedrooms on the ground level with a tub/bathroom. The kids room has 2 twin beds plus a trundle and space to hangout with a TV and an XBox system. The second private bedroom on the ground level has a queen bed and a large 55" TV. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

An elevator on the ground level is available at your request to take you to the upper level. Otherwise there are stairs just to the left of the elevator. The use of the elevator is at your own risk and responsibility and may not be operated by anyone under the age of 16 unless accompanied by an adult.

The upper level is amazing with an open floorplan. The kitchen, living and dining room all face Pikes Peak with incredible views through a glass garage door that fully retracts to make this space the most awesome indoor/outdoor living experience with the overhanging balcony! Thank goodness for lovely Colorado weather and no mosquitos!

The upper level also includes a half bath and the master suite. The master suite has a king bed and a 55" TV. The stunning master bathroom and shower is ADA compliant and the shower is curbless. All doorways and bathrooms throughout the property are wheelchair accessible.

The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking enjoyment with brand new appliances, full size refrigerator, spices, oils, baking necessities and cleanup supplies. We are serious cooks, and don't mess around, so we outfit all of our properties with everything one would need to lay out a full Thanksgiving spread, if needed. If you are missing something, let us know, and we will have it at the property within an hour.

Furniture has been thoughtfully sourced with your comfort in mind. Mattresses are all Tuft and Needle Original. Sheets and towels are soft and luxurious. All soaps and basic toiletries are organic and complementary. We want you to come and be pampered while you enjoy our wonderful city and all the fun it has to offer!

There are so many experiences you can enjoy during your time here. One of the coolest experiences is right next door! The Academy Riding Stables offers breathtaking, wrangler-led horseback rides through Garden of the Gods. If you are able to add it to your list of activities during your stay, you won't be disappointed. But if you have to do it another time, no big deal because either way you get to enjoy the horses as they graze on the hills. It is beautiful to see them roaming around with the mountains in the background!

One wonderful thing we can provide is grocery service. Several of the grocery stores nearby deliver to the property. Set your delivery for the morning of your arrival and we will arrange to have the groceries stocked and ready for you, just let us know! You can use King Soopers, Safeway or Amazon/Whole Foods.

Fantastic Home

We loved our stay at the Painted Pony! It was our favorite place to stay on our whole, 3-state trip. Spacious, clean, and beautiful. Owners have thought of everything, and were very responsive when needed. And you can't beat sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set on Pikes Peak!

We are loving life in Colorado Springs with our 3 kids! We moved from Dallas 11 years ago and haven't looked back! We love to hike, ski, ride bikes, fly fish, camp, play at the park and entertain around our firepit.

My husband and I love to travel. After we got married, we spent 3 months backpacking through Europe staying in hostels and bed and breakfasts. We fell in love with the hospitality we received while traveling and vowed to try and figure out how to incorporate that in our lives....along came vacation rentals!
