Questo cottage è stato progettato per rendere speciale la tua esperienza di Bend in ogni modo, e sottolineiamo il nostro impegno personale per l'eccellenza nella nostra attenzione ai dettagli ... dai chicchi di caffè freschi alle calde trapunte avvolgenti e all'arredamento a tema dell'Oregon centrale. Il nostro obiettivo è quello di rendere ogni viaggio Bend memorabile nel modo migliore.

Il River Run è in perfetta posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal fiume Deschutes e la zona Centro Storico ... a piedi tutto ciò che rende così molto Bend Bend. Questo cottage è a breve distanza dal centro di pranzo, spettacoli, negozi, gallerie, e brew pub locali ... e pochi istanti più a festival, concerti in anfiteatro Les Schwab, il Museo High Desert, Monte Bachelor, Sentiero di Phil per la mountain bike, e Naturalmente tutto il divertimento fiume.

In particolare questo cottage si trova a cinque minuti dallo spettacolare percorso a piedi del fiume che segue le rive del fiume Deschutes. Alla fine della giornata di gioco, rilassarsi nel giardino pittoresco cortile privato con barbecue a gas, zona pranzo all'aperto, e vasca idromassaggio privata. Perfect location

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Bend. The home itself was very comfortable and well equipped. It is within walking distance to downtown and all the Bend has to offer. Highly recommend and will be back!

Cozy/Great Location

The property was comfortable with all the amenities, and super close to downtown Bend. The property manager was responsive and made check in/review an easy process. I would stay here again in a minute!

Our visit to Bend was to move our daughter to college. The home and location were great, as we were 7 minutes to the school. However, the floor in the living room leading into the kitchen were not. Obviously it was not installed properly which made the floor squeaky, very loud when you walked.

Perfect cottage

Our stay the the River Run was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was newly renovated and stocked with everything you would need for a great meal. The property manager,Erin, was responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. We will definitely come back to Bend and this lovely cottage.

Perfect place for 2 to 4 people. large kitchen and good size living room. Love the gas fireplace on a cold snowy day. Very comfortable and close to downtown. Wonderful walking area with parks all around

Amazing house, terrible beds

The house and location were amazing, the house was clean and charming and the backyard was really great and convenient. However nobody slept for our entire stay, the beds were soft and lumpy from over use, I ended up facing the foot of the bed to get away from the body sinkhole that was to be found at the head of the bed. And sadly both beds were like this, my son ended up sleeping on the sofa. I don’t often write reviews and when I do they are usually good ones. If the mattress were changed I would gladly stay again. But a trip with no sleep is miserable

Lovely home

We loved our stay at River Terrace. The house is within walking distance to town and the river. The house is a craftsman gem with a well equiped kitchen with top notch appliances. Bend is a great town. We hope to stay at River Terrace again sometime!

Great place to stay and be close to old town.

Overall, the listing is just as it says. The complaints we read before staying here talked about squeaky floors. Yes, they are squeaky, but you don't really notice after a while. Just like staying at grandma's house.

Couldn’t have been better!

Location was a 10 min. walk to downtown. Shopping, restaurants and the park. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable for four people. I would defiantly recommend staying there.

A Good Time Was Had By All

We enjoyed the neighborhood very much and learned about it from one of the neighbors… the house was very comfortable, loved the fireplace, the bedrooms were very nice… we loved the hot tub and yard area as well … we were able to walk downtown as well as Newport Market ( someone forgot their toothbrush) … would definitely rent again
