About this property

Welcome to charming duplex in-law home in a family friendly neighborhood. This private and nicely decorated apartment, with it's own separate entrance and front porch, conveniently located within walking distance to downtown and Williams college. Town tennis courts and trails to the Hoosic and Green Rivers are accessible from our backyard.

Please note we do not have cable. TV in the living room has built in DVD player, please bring your own DVDs or rent DVDs from a grocery store next door.

Also, we do not have washer/dryer on site.

Two bedroom in-law apartment with separate entrance has:
- sunny living room with full size wood burning fireplace
- two bedrooms (queen bed and double bed)
- large eat-in kitchen, oak cabinets, fully applianced
- 1 bathroom, freshly painted and renovated
- brand new front porch.

Free high speed WiFi.

Also, you can enjoy huge well maintained backyard.

Non smoking property.
Well behaved small pets considered.

We enjoy visiting, but respect your privacy.

We love meeting new people, sharing dinner, and great conversation; exploring the area together or just giving tips. It also depends on our schedules when and how much we will be around. We can be involved in your stay as much as you'd like. If less involvement is your style, that's cool too, our feelings won't be hurt!

We are also not against dropping you off downtown depending on our schedules. We really won't mind, just ask!

Check-in and check-out times can be flexible when not solidly booked. Usual check-in is 3 pm and check-out by noon.

We are a very flexible and reasonable family, take care of our home and we'll be happy.

Lovely November Visit

This property was just perfect for a 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace every morning and night. We travel to the Berkshires at least once a year for the museums culture and nature. We hope to be back. Thank you.

Perfect location to visit quaint little town

The apartment was clean, inviting and quiet. A bit humid for this menopausing woman lol, but that's not their fault. It provided all the necessities. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Great stay

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and close to downtown. The hosts were easy to contact and responded quickly to questions about the property. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Perfect stay!

We had a lovely Parents Weekend visit. Property was well appointed and spotless. Walking distance to campus. Got to make a homemade dinner for a couple of kids longing for a taste of home. Everything was perfect, we hope to stay here again soon!

Golf

My friend and I stayed 3 night while we played golf in a 3 day tournament. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and a great area to take a walk. Thanks you! We will be back next year.

Wonderful place!

We needed a place to stay for a few days while visiting local family for the holidays. This place was immaculate and just what we needed :) We were able to cook a meal in the kitchen one of the nights and stores were just a few minutes away. Thank you so much!

Berkshires Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here in Williamstown very much! The apartment (attached to the owner's home) was nice sized and fully equipped. The property was lovely, including a large backyard which was perfect for relaxing with a book. My boyfriend loved the nearby walking trails for birdwatching. Proximity to Williams College, local museums and shops was nice; as well as a few decent restaurants. We enjoyed our time here a lot!!

Taconic 3 Day Golf Tournament Stay

Came to play in ladies 3 day golf tournament at Taconic. Bed was great, air conditioner only in one bedroom, large kitchen with everything needed. Small bathroom with small bathtub. Could use a rubber mat to prevent slipping. Enjoyed our stay there!

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean. It is located right on a walking trail that we walked on at least twice a day. The house is close to town and lots of hiking. The neighborhood was very very quiet even though it is centrally locate. The kitchen is well supplied with pot, pans, dishes etc. The TV was easy to use - they had Netflix but we brought DVDs from our library.

Western Mass. in quiet neighborhood

We had a very pleasant stay. There was more than enough room for us (two adults and a dog)...a large living room, kitchen/diner (with everything you might need), two bedrooms and bath. The location was very quiet in a nice peaceful neighborhood. We were able to easily go on walks, get to restaurants and other necessities from here. Only disappointment was we did not have access to a washer dryer. We were on a 2+ week vacation and needed to wash some clothes. But, it turns out there is a nice laundromat within in a 10 minute drive. Owner was very nice and easy to reach...right next door.
