A great house located in a residential area, surrounded by pine trees and beautiful landscapes at a walking distance from the beach (less than 1/2 a mile). At our arrival a very friendly lady was there to give us a tour of the house and some instructions related to the alarm system, the internet and appliances. We found unusual that no linen was provided. The manager casually mentioned it three days before our check-in date as I called him with a couple of questions. Also we found several instances of poor maintenance (garage door was extremely hard to open, fridge door would not close properly, several area not clean). Overall the property is well locate, confortable and of excellent appearance which could be improved with very minimum work.

Gutes Haus, gute Ausstattung, ruhige und zentrale Lage

Tadelloses und sehr praktisches Haus. Gut gelegen - 300 m zum Strand, 1 km zum Golf, Tennis, Supermarkt - trotzdem ruhige Lage. Für dieses Land sehr gute Ausstattung, mehrere Klimageräte, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, gute Garage. 4 SZ, 2 Esszimmer, Parilla. Vermieter hat immer prompt und nett geantwortet. Wirklich alles ok!
