Indian Shores Rocks

Great location for all you needs during a beach vacay! Unit is on street side so there will be traffic noise. Beds comfortable and plenty of linens.

Florida Chill Out 2024

Excellent location. 3 minute walk to a fantastic beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance or short drive. We didn't try to cram a lot in but we still caught a Rays vs Yankees game, visited the Dali museum, the botanical gardens and spent an afternoon fishing at Honeymoon island. We would stay here again. Eat at Guppy's!

Excellent Beach Vacation Home

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Florida beach vacation. Excellent location, steps from a beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants/shops around. Also access to the on-site pool was great. Definitely plan to come back.

Nice location but property needs some repairs

The location to the beach is great. From the pictures, this place looks great but it doesn’t exactly match up with what you get when you get there. When we first got there, the garage had a ton of water in it. We called about it and there was a leak in a pipe. They had to turn the water off for awhile. We also asked him about the fan in the living room because it didn’t turn on nor did it have a chain pull. He said he knew that and the owner was made aware but they hadn’t decided if they were going to replace it or not. So the listing states it has a “fan” but it doesn’t work. Next are the steps. They have a lip to them and are kind of dangerous. They should be flush with the step. They hurt your feet to walk down barefoot. There were dirty utensils and other items in the cabinets. There wasn’t a good skillet pan for cooking, just tiny little ones big enough for one egg. There was no table lamps in living room to use at night- very odd especially since there was one pictured in the photo. We had to use the stairwell light and kitchen light. The Blinds in dining room don’t turn to close. There were no outlets in bedrooms to use to plug phones in. The Garage door opener (on clear display) didn’t work. The Couch is stained and looks like it has seen better days. The patio door doesn’t lock but we didn’t notice until the second to last day. The bed in 2nd bedroom squeaks which is really annoying. It met our needs but it definitely needs some repairs.

Bayview villas

We had a very nice stay. Townhouse was clean and had basically everything we needed. There was an issue with one of the shower heads, they came out quickly and fixed it. The only cons were the tv in the master bedroom didnt have a signal and the patio door didnt lock. I did reach out about those issues as well, bit did not recieve a response.

Amazing

We loved the property. Super clean. Big bedrooms, large kitchen. The deck was great for coffee and relaxing. The pool area was nice and private. Location was perfect. Wish I had more time to stay.

Excellent choice

The size of the condo was perfect for our family. Walking to the beach couldn't have been much easier. The pool was never busy. We did drive to most places, but if our kids were older it would have been more easily walkable. We liked being away from the craziness of Clearwater Beach but still within easy distance of everything we wanted to do. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier and we had everything we needed at the condo!

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect for all of us. There are a bunch of beach toys and accessories for everybody!! Beach chairs, tent, umbrella just about anything. We loved this condo and everything it offered! Lots of stairs for the condo but there is a lip on each step that can be uncomfortable. Lots of storage in kitchen with everything you need. The ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work but there is a ice maker that we used and worked well. The bed in the master with the balcony is very springy and not the greatest. We also don’t think the beds in both rooms were queens felt like they were full size beds. We had a few bad storms come through and the windows rattled a bit and was very noisy. The windows in all of the condo should be replaced. You don’t hear too much traffic since the condo is right near the road. If new windows are put in the nice would be less loud. The main balcony is nice but the sliding door is tough to open and close and lock and unlock. Those are just a few minor issues but we didn’t really mind them! We will definitely stay here again! The pool is a good size but the lights in the pool don’t work but there is one next to the bathrooms by the pool. The bathroom without the balcony could use a refresh. The bathroom with the balcony doesn’t have a stopper for a bath but the other tup does. We needed new hair dryers and the property owner gave us 2 brand new ones. The gas grill needs to be replaced, it’s all rotted out. The charcoal grill works well! Would recomme!

Relaxing beach escape!

Steps away from the beach, this property had everything we needed to enjoy a few days relaxing in the sun. The property was just as described, it was just the right size for my family of five. The kitchen was well appointed with the things that we needed, and with three bathrooms, everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. The close proximity to the beach, as well as easy access to the Sun Coast Beach trolley, made sightseeing a breeze, and we always found lots to do. Would highly recommend, and look forward to returning to the area!

Stayed a week decent location for beach access. Very noisy sleeping first unit at the street, also next to dumpster . Loud on pick up days. Otherwise nice place. Steps are a little dangerous with the lip/edge on them.

The location was very nice and close to the beach. The condo was very clean. Could not get the cable to work on the downstairs Tv. Used the many remotes. The dining room light flickered unless you messed with the light bulbs. One of the bathtubs upstairs the drain did not have the drain stop so could not do a bath. The other bathtub looked dirty but was just stained. The wash machine did not spin clothes well so had to ring the clothes out myself before putting in dryer. Pool was very nice.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. The location was perfect! I would recommend hiring a different cleaning service. We personally mopped the floors twice before they came clean as well as wiping down the counter tops and coffee table. The beach/pool items in the garage were handy, although the beach cart (which is meant to be pushed through the sand) doesn't like the sand..lol Overall, it was a great time and would recommend this property.

There are two stairs in the unit about 18 steps each, which are very uncomfortable, steps are not wide enough and uneven. Hard to walk even for young. Really short walk to the Gulf, which is very nice

Excellent location to the beach.

Loved the location. It was actually easier to get to the beach than when we stayed at a condo on the beach. The garage is filled with all kinds of beach toys. The keypad made it so easy for our guests to come and go. I was waited for my husband to join me before making the decision to rebook for next year. That was a mistake. This place goes fast. Only negative was the showers drain very slow.

Close to the beach but needs updating

Pros- Close to the beach Lots of beach and pool toys Nice area Cons- -First complex of the road and got very loud and woke the baby a couple of times. -Needs updating- Blinds broken in both showers make it difficult to shower at night. Bathrooms upstairs were not very clean and the toilet in the second bedroom upstairs leaked every time you flushed it and had lots of mildew built up. -Master bedroom bed super loud… felt like I couldn’t move without waking the baby.

This was our first time vacationing in an air b&b. We absolutely loved it. It had the beat location, close to John's Pass & Pier 60. It was right on the beach, it was just absolutely perfect.

Very dirty, soiled furniture both inside and out, the floors had crumbs and when wiped up the cloth was black. Spills and spots all over steps and floor. Called property manager and she was very responsive. As was the cleaning company. They were great, but no one should come into a property with this kind of soiled furniture and dirt. Very disappointing. The pictures make it look so clean and charming, nothing like it really looks. It’s time to paint, deep clean and professionally clean the furniture.

When we arrived we found the place had not been cleaned. There was food on the floor, chocolate on the wall in spots and mold in the shower and air vents. They did send someone out to clean and she said we definitely had a legitimate complaint and apologized.

Great Location

Located just across the street from the beach access, full equipped condo, very spacious. Beautiful view from both balconies. Only con the windows are paper thin. Being right on the main drag it got a little noisy, recommend a noise machine or phone app for the nights 🙂

Great golf trip

Had a great time, beach access close by. Close to everything we needed. Kitchen equipped well, had to scrub up pans and such before use. Left everything cleaner than our arrival, but overall a great stay
