The Black Rabbit Cottage is a recently remodeled standalone cottage nestled in a quiet residential area of Columbia City. It is short walking distance to the vibrant Columbia City business district as well as the light rail station. There are restaurants, cafes, breweries to please everyone’s palate and budget. The cottage is a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to the gorgeous Lake Washington and Seward Park.
The Black Rabbit Cottage was built in 1929. The cottage is a single story with a fenced in yard and front patio. This one bedroom one bath home is brimming with character. There is plenty of natural light with all new windows, tall ceilings and a sky light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, full-sized stove, oven and refrigerator. The living room features a smart TV with all your favorite apps and a plush velvet sofa. The bathroom has classic hex tile floors with sleek black wainscoting and brass touches. There is laundry onsite. Enjoy the efficient heating and cooling from a newly installed heat pump. The internet is fiber and super fast.
