THE PERFECT LOCATION FOR THE 2025 NFL DRAFT! Please reach out with any questions whatsoever, including pricing. Let's have a conversation! For those affiliated with the NFL or media networks, we are open to offering one flat rate for the nights of the draft and several weeks (or months) prior.
Location, location, location! Simply the best location in Green Bay...with breathtaking views, privacy and all the amenities you require. We've owned and rented this home-away-from-home since 2005 and are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us.
The house is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood among other single-family homes and is beautifully appointed with fine linens, comfortable beds, a fully appointed kitchen and two full bathrooms. Towels, hairdryers, ironing board, iron and clothes steamer are also available. There is also a washer and dryer on site that you are welcome to use. The home is complete with flat screen TVs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, BOSE wave radio and ping-pong table.
Bedroom one has one queen bed. Bedroom two has two twin beds and a very comfortable fold down twin. Bedroom three has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a pull-out twin bed and a comfortable couch in the upper living room.
The garage has a garage door on both the front and back that makes it perfect for tailgating and entertaining. There is a large screen tv in the garage for watching your favorite game. We have comfortable outside seating for 9 around two round wrought iron tables and a glider bench to relax in on the grassy backyard. We also have 10 resin chairs and 10 resin Adirondack chairs to provide additional seating where needed. We provide a gas grill for outdoor cooking and a fire pit and firewood for a bonfire. We also have 5 white fold out tables for outdoor entertaining and events.
This home is perfect for a family, a gathering of friends, or those traveling to the area for work. We've hosted family reunions, wedding rehearsal dinners, an outdoor wedding, corporate events, film production crews, etc.

We are a blended family with 6 children and our dog, Finley. We live in Green Bay so we are very "hands on" and the property is kept in excellent condition. We enjoy meeting all of the travelers that stay in our home and are excited and proud to offer such comfortable accommodations to travelers.
Why they chose this property
We are HUGE Packer fans who both grew up in the area...Becky just a few blocks away. We purchased this property because of its breathtaking views of Lambeau Field. They are truly spectacular and words or photographs cannot do them justice.
What makes this property unique
The home is nestled among other private residences directly across from one of the most historic stadiums in the world. Staying here will create experiences that you will share and talk about after you leave...treat yourself.
