Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, clean, had everything you needed and was in a great location. We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.

We loved the easy walkable access to the lake and the Bank of NH Pavilion. Not to mention all the area has to offer. The information from the property owner was clear and check-in was simple.

Great stay in Gilford for concert / Just book it!

Stayed in Gilford to see the Tedeschi Trucks Band at Meadowbrook. The place was perfect right across the street from the lake with a nice beach. Nice view and atmosphere from the deck. Place was well appointed with everything we needed. Gloria, was the ideal host. She went above and beyond for us, and we will always remember her kindness.

Clean accommodations in a good location

Convenient location, near lots of activities. The condo is not as well-maintained as it could be, but was clean and functional. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Light blocking curtains and a more comfy bed would be a big improvement.

Beautifully decorated condo with seaside cottage feel. So conveniently located. We walked to the BoNH pavilion. Very clean. We had such a wonderful time. Gloria is awesome to deal with. Would love to book this unit again!

terrific location

You can't beat this location: directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of the Ban of New Hampshire Pavilion. We enjoyed the beach view, which few of the units in this large condo complex have. It was hot, so we took advantage of the complex's private beach, which is well equipped with chairs and cook-out facilities. We were there for a concert and were thrilled to find that there is a short path from the back of the complex right to the front gate of the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion. The host was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, although the complex is older and could benefit from some updating. We really enjoyed our stay.

If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!

Disappointed

Gloria was very nice and accommodating. However, the place was not as the pictures showed. The pictures must have been from when things were new. Couch has stains from people sitting on it. Carpets are stained. The bed coverlet was so stained and disgusting that we took it off the bed and put it underneath. The only thing that kept us there was that we arrived late from traveling and the sheets seemed clean, and this is a one-horse town in the fall. There was nothing open at that time. Don't believe the reviews about the cleanliness and save your money!!!

Clean, convenient, beach, pool - Nice!

Clean, functional, well-stocked place to stay in a great location. The beach is great: lounge chairs, charcoal grills for use. Weather was not great, so it was a disappointment that the indoor pool was not available - roof issue. This was outside the owner's control, however, so everything else worked out great. Even though the building is a bit dated, we were pleased to have a bag of coffee, lots of clean towels, easy access, and a location central to many activities: Weir's Beach, Tanger Outlets, several fun restaurants/pubs, hiking trails. The beach is right across the street; it appears the properties are owned by the same company. Would stay again.

Clean, adorable and what a view! The owner has made the most of a small space!

I spent one week in this condo in February, as I continued my quest to learn how to ski at Gunstock Mountain. It is a great space and the owner is attentive and responsive. It is perfect for a single, couple, or close friend. The location is perfect, since it is near the lake (waterview), and the mountain. I also went north one day to shop at the outlets in Conway and take a spin down the Kang. Highway! Be aware that this is a second floor space, with another condo directly above it. I did go up and ask that owner to please have her children stop running and jumping, and although initially she seemed defensive, the noise did stop. If not for that, this condo would have been rated 5 stars.

Great stay. Could be 5 stars with one improvement.

We had a great time. Gloria was very responsive and friendly. The condo was clean and bright and really appreciated the little extras from Gloria - detailed instructions on how to check-in and the waters in the fridge. Awesome location as well. I’m very familiar with the Gilford area and Misty Harbor is a great spot located between the Weirs and other fun activities. The only thing that made the stay less than 5 stars was the bed- just awful. It is a Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall so I’m sure there are some limitations with the type of mattress that can be used but the mattress was terribly stiff and uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping. This could be fixed easily with a good foam topper or something similar. Thanks!
