Evie's on Bee Ridge is 1/2 mile of home which has tiki bar, golf range, mini-gulf and more. Easy to find just a few miles from Interstate 75. Friendly 4 year old Irish Doodle on property. Beach towels, umbrella, and chairs available upon request.

Spring Training Visit

Close to Beach

Nice room and bathroom. Has a private sitting area outside of bedroom. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Hosts are friendly and respectful of privacy. Would stay here again

What a great way to start our trip! Wonderfully clean, cozy room and hosts were fantastic. Very welcoming, kind and considerate of our privacy. The yard and patio were beautiful for relaxing Thank you!

Short and sweet

My friend and I had a wedding in Sarasota and found this precious little gem! It was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, clean and quiet! Char was Awesome to deal with. She answered any questions and even recommended things to do, if we only had time!!! I if I need to come back to Sarasota definitely a place I’d stay again!!! Thank You Char!!!

Lovely House!

It’s a beautiful place. Charlotte’s house is spotless. I highly recommend it. Her dog Chloe was very cute. You will not even notice she is in the house. Didn’t get the meet the host due to my schedule but will stay here again when in Sarasota. Easy to find! Good location.

Safe and Peaceful

This was my first time doing a shared house reservation, but it was great! Property owner was so quiet and stayed in another part of the house. I really felt like I was there alone most of the time.
