Situated on the 1st floor of Binghatti Rose with a lift, and straight access to the pool from every bedroom in one of the new buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle, this modern and tastefully decorated apartment offers convenience and comfort.

The unit is strategically located near top attractions in Dubai. Additionally, it is near a Geant Grocery store, which provides prepared meals and a small café.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa that can be used as a single bed, a wide-screen smart TV for streaming your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. A private balcony with seating areas is also available for lounging and enjoying morning coffee in the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove and an oven. The apartment also provides a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom comes with two single beds, both adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
