Never staying here again
thank you for allowing us to stay at your property for the weekend, greatly appreciated it. However there are a few things I would like to address. The breaking of the bed which I sent you pictures of and it made it uncomfortable for my sister to sleep. The bedroom downstairs with the bathroom in it the comforter was dirty along with the hair all over the top of the cabinet above the toilet. The bedroom/gameroom has no privacy (the windows with no cutains or blinds). The trash cans had already been filled with trash. The front door is broke which I’m sure you are aware of but it’s a hazard. I was under the assumption that we could use the washer since we came 4 hours aways and it was pictured however the floor had watercovered a long with clothes in it. The carpet in the living room is very dirty and we tried to get the projector working however that failed as well so we had to purchase things to keep us occupied for this evening. The shower curtains are off the hooks and trash in the trashcan in the bathroom. Can’t use water or ice bc the filter needs to be changed. The maintenance here and cleaning service poor. The list goes on but this is just something’s that we have came into.
