AMAZING private, updated home on a paved quiet dead-end road. Perfect for families to enjoy time together but spacious enough to have space to spread out.

Gorgeous in ground private pool available mid-May through mid-September.

A chef's kitchen awaits you with large island for gathering with views into the open living room and dining room area where you can enjoy lake views.

Private master suite on the top level, with 4 other bedrooms.

Watch sunsets in the Adirondack chairs on the beach, dock or just across the street from the front porch. Plenty of lounge chairs surround the in-ground pool.

There is a patio off the kitchen with a grill for the perfect outdoor dining poolside experience.

Enjoy the lake and use the paddle boat and 2+ kayaks we have available.

There are several great attractions nearby.
The Lakeshore trail in Sampson State Park is less than 1/4 mile from the house, which is perfect for walking, running or biking.

Watkins Glen offers many great attractions; including the 3rd best park in the USA.
Ithaca is a great city with many great restaurants and home of Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Our home is located in the heart of wine country with several wineries nearby. We also have local breweries and distilleries in the surrounding area.

Bonavista State golf courses is less than 2 miles away.

Waterloo Premium Outlets is less than 20 miles away for a great shopping experience.

Del Lago Casino is about 20 miles from the house, providing entertainment, restaurants, slot machines and other gambling.

Friends reunion

Friends gathering to celebrate meeting on trip to Italy. Decided to do a reunion in the Finger Lakes. The house was in a great location and perfect for the 10 of us to reunite. We did a sailing trip on Truelove Schooner on Seneca Lake and did a brewery / winery tour. So many very close to this location. The house was large with many gathering areas, clean and comfortable. Perfect for socializing and catching up. Great fire pit on the lake. Jill was great with answering questions in a timely and complete fashion and very welcoming. We are already talking about going back again. More great memories created on this trip.

Lake vacation

Not the most modern and updated,but that's not what we wanted. Great kitchen, lots of space to gather both indoors and out, perfect bedroom situations for our family, and a wonderful view of the lake. Jill was always prompt in responding to questions.

We had a wonderful stay here for our family vacation. Everything was great! House was very clean, pool was amazing and the property was beautiful. Hosts were super helpful and kind! We plan on returning in the future!

Family reunion

We were a group of 7 adults - cousins & spouses - who came to the Finger Lakes for a reunion. The house was great, and we all had a terrific time. The house is very well suited for a large group, with plenty of bedrooms and ample space to gather and talk. The kitchen was big and bright. We didn’t cook but it had everything we needed. The beds were all comfortable and the outdoor space was wonderful. We spent several nights on the dock drinking wine & watching the sunset. Jill was a fabulous host. I had several questions and she responded promptly to every single one! This is the house you want for your group!

Could not pick a better Host or location!

Location was perfect. Everything as promised and more. This was a vacation to reset and relax and we were able to do just. On the lake, incredible sunsets, pool was large and perfect temp, plenty of space for outdoor games. For inclement weather the home is spacious with plenty to do. However, we had 7 days of great weather. Every day your private dock and firepit on the water provided an incredible sunset. Most important, our host Jill was always accomodating and great to communicate with. We travel often and I'm scoring this stay: 5 stars! The Bouchane's

Great place to celebrate my Dad’s 75th birthday and family reunion

This was our first family reunion since COViD and also my Dad’s 75th birthday celebration. Our family rented 2 houses on Lake Seneca, one of them was this house. It was a great place to have a family barbecue, get the kids together with the playard outside and enough space for our family to hang and celebrate. We cooked a lot and also grilled. The hosts were great with communication as well. They were very prompt when the wifi went out and also replaced our bbq gas tank right away when we started bbqing and realized that they was no gas! The pool was too cold for us so we didn’t use it but was a great area to hang out by. Overall a great experience.

Loved this property!

We had an amazing time at this property. I wish we stayed an extra day just to hang out on the property. Beautiful, spacious and clean. I would come back immediately. While it was a girls trip, I could see this also being perfect for a family vacation as well. Loved the home and the host was always fast to respond leading up and very accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Private resort amidst NY Finger Lakes wineries and distilleries

Wonderful home, property, neighborhood, host … all the elements for a perfect Cornell reunion for 11 old friends. Enjoyed the pool, lake, kayaks, dock, fire pit, nearby park walking trails, big dining table, porch sunsets … could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Seneca Lake Stay

This was a wonderful clean, modern and hospitable home with a terrific swimming pool and beach access. Tough to get the kids out of the pool to head to the beach but after they discovered the kayaks they split their time. Plenty of other things to do including biking, winery visits, hiking and relaxing. s

Lake House

We had at great week at the house with my wife and our 3 kids and their progeny. We spent most mornings in the pool and went kayaking on the lake most afternoons. Found a nice military museum a 3 mile bike ride just north in Sampson State Park.

40th birthday celebration

Cannot say enough about this property!! We had 5 couples staying at the house and it was perfect! We had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful and we really enjoyed hanging out by it. Some of our group even enjoyed a swim even though the outside temperatures were a little cold for swimming. The dock and firepit were stunning! We had a blast! The property was in a great location with easy access to plenty of wineries and breweries. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and Jill was a wonderful host. We would absolutely come back!

Bachelorette Party

We stayed at the house for a weekend to celebrate my sisters upcoming wedding. We had 12 girls and enjoyed our time so much. The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space. The kitchen set up is outstanding! We could not have been happier with this location and the house. Already want to go back!

The house was wonderful. Plenty of room. Loved the big kitchen island and large dining room table. Pool was beautiful and just what the kids needed during a hot week. Loved the dock with stationary Adirondack chairs as well as the fire pit and chairs at the edge of the water. The walk down to the water was a little steep , but half of the hill had stairs that helped. Little things can happen anywhere, at any time. The key is how they are taken care off. The water pump malfunctioned on our last day and Jill and her husband (who live next door)came immediately to the rescue. I don't think it was more than an hour and Jill and her husband had us back to normal----THAT, to me, is a testament how attentive and hands on they are as owners. We would strongly recommend this house to anyone and would love to return.

Family Vaction

Our family of ten thoroughly enjoyed our week at this lake house. The house was extremely clean, quiet, and well-stocked with everything that you may need. The pool was awesome. The grandkids spent most of the week in the pool, especially enjoying the slide and diving board. They also learned how to kayak and had fun using the paddle boat. The house is on a dead end street, so there is very little traffic. Sunsets down at the lake were absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed a bonfire at the lake. There were plenty of Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and on the dock to enjoy the lake. We enjoyed visiting several different wineries in the area. Our host Jill, was quick to answer any questions or take care of any issues that came up during our stay.

Absolutely wonderful place for family vacation.

There was so much space and it was so comfortable for my family which ranged in age from 16 to 92. This is our second stay at the house. I could not believe how fast the owner responded to my questions on the first day. I hope we can return. Loved it!

A little about me, I work for eCornell and have focused most of my efforts there on our hospitality programs offered from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration. I earned my Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell's School of Hotel Administration and am honored to take the skill sets I have learned in this program and use it to provide hospitality to our guest.

My husband and I live right next door to this home and enjoy living the lake life and want our guests to experience the best of lake life as well.
We purchased this home from my brother and sister-in-law when they had to move out of state to keep this home in our family. We live next door and hope to one day have our son or daughter living next door to us. As this is our family home we take great care in keeping the home in great condition.

We are located in the heart of the Finger Lakes making us close to many wineries, breweries, and other attractions. Being on the east side of Seneca Lake the views of the sunset are breathtaking!
