This house is only 3 blocks from one of the many recreation centers which include several Olympic indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, full gyms, 7 golf courses (4 regulation and 3 executive), pickle ball, bowling, billiards, tennis, etc.

The house itself boasts a large great room with a smart 60” flat screen TV. High speed internet provided. The bedrooms have Spirit Plush beds (Cal King in master and Queen in 2nd bedroom). Large master bedroom has an attached bathroom, extensive clothes storage and its own 32-inch television. Commercial barbecue can provide feasts for the formal dining room, outdoor dining or dinette areas. A spacious floor plan with vaulted ceilings provides carefree feelings. A positive environment in a quiet neighborhood to relax and enjoy your vacation…. Fresh oranges in season!

Great place if visiting Sun City West

Hosts very accommodating and when they found out we were coming in on the later side, they offered to stock the refrigerator with food to make breakfast which was greatly appreciated. The house was in a quiet area with a nice indoor setup with plenty of space. The outside backyard was also quiet with a shaded patio and area to relax. Compared to a hotel or motel, this was a much better option for a relaxing time.

Winter 2022

The rental was everything you could ask for. Well stocked,excellent location,friendly neighbors. The king bed was one of the best beds we’ve ever slept in. Nicely decorated. Orange trees were a nice plus Gayle was always available if needed but she was never needed. Sign of a good property

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very roomy and everything was extremely comfortable. Also, I have never been given such detailed instructions on how everything in the house works; that was fantastic!!! The orange trees are a bonus too... Thanks for everything!

Truest Home-Away-from-Home Sactuary

Wonderful experience with VRBO, personal contacts with owner were very much appreciated and the manager was so kind and went the extra mile for us. Very happy with our experience.

Quiet

This is a very quiet neighborhood. The house was advertised as having a TV in each bedroom. It didn't, but one was installed 8 days later. Rick said he would compensate us by reimbursing us 2 day's rent. It never happened.. The patio furniture and kitchen utensils and dishes need a major upgrade for this much rent.

Fun in the sun

Rick and Debbie' s home was a perfect spot for our stay in Sun City West. They provided us the permission to access (at our cost) the many recreation facilities available there and made sure their home was fully outfitted during our stay. Wonderful home, wonderful hosts.

The best vacation ever

Our winter vacation far exceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, yard and orange trees lovely. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Every day we walked the hood, cooked outdoors. Groceries were close by as was everything we could have wanted to do. 55 and over no crazy drivers. Community was well run. Congratulations.
