Dauphin Island Beach Club 304 Beautiful Views in a Well-Appointed Condo!!

Enjoy the great views from the balcony of this 3rd floor Gulf front unit, or take the short walk to the white sandy beach.
This condo has a split floor plan with sleeping accommodations for 10. Each bedroom has a full bath and there is a private covered balcony with plenty of furniture overlooking the two swimming pools and the Gulf. Wake up to the sun rise over the gulf from the master. Relax in the master bath Garden tub or use the walk-in shower after being at the beach.
Sleeping accommodations are: a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, a Twin over Queen bunk bed with a Twin trundle in the third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the great room. All linens, blankets, towels etc. are provided.
Amenities included are a full size washer and dryer, granite counter tops in a fully equipped kitchen, including lots of small appliances. You can use one of the charcoal grills available on the grounds. If you prefer not to cook, there are local restaurants and a bakery on the island, several are within walking distance.
Also If there is a day when you choose not to go to the beach or in the late evening there are DVD players, stereo, cable TV in the living room and master, or use the high-speed Wi-Fi for other entertainment.

Peace & Tranquility for Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was more than enough to accommodate my 2 sons & myself for spring break. We all had our own rooms & bathrooms. The heated pool was wonderful for end of day swims or cloudy days. The island was the perfect size to explore, enjoy local food, go to the aquarium & fort, see the goat trees. Highly recommend the fish market if making home meals - the red snapper was delicious. Would definitely come back again!

Enjoyable time

We felt safe. Property was convenient and easy to locate. Overall a great experience. You may want to evaluate your cleaning staff as we found a pile of sand under the dining table and pieces of dried food along the baseboards in a bedroom. The teens remarked 'at least it was cleaner than the condo at Myrtle Beach last year'.

Should be tv in all rooms for kids and adults. TV in master laughable!Need binoculars! Need smart tv so guests can use their firesticks/whatever.These are very affordable perks. Needs updating for price.

Needs a very deep clean!

The property is nice! The rooms are spacious for the price and the view is beautiful! I'm super sensitive to mold and the master bath shower is full of it. The bathroom had pee around the toliet, baseboards are filthy. The blankets in the closet weren't clean. The kids room had wrappers of fruit snacks shoved everywhere. The sliding glass door would stick and take awhile to get back on track . The refrigerator works if you have nothing in it! I had to toss my yogurt and cheese I packed from home because it wouldn't cool within the first 15 hours. (We had a few drinks in there and maybe five items) we didn't overload the fridge! This place has potential if someone gave it a very long, deep cleaning.

Great time but things could be improved

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again! Great location, family friendly, and felt very private. However, the sofa bed was filthy and I had to let the front desk know. It looked like there was blood on the sheets, which is a little scary but hopefully everything else was clean. It was already towards the end of our stay when we realized. The freezer had trouble closing and sometimes the patio door would get stuck along with the handle almost falling off. With a few touch ups it would be absolutely perfect. The positives outweigh the negatives and we’d love to come back!

Relaxing family vacation

Perfect Fall weekend on Dauphin Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Dauphin Island Beach Club #304! The condo was spacious for 3 couples plus our two grandchildren. It provided everything we needed for our long weekend.The master suite facing the Gulf is beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pots and pans including a crock pot. The view from the balcony provided a gorgeous sunset view in October. I loved this central location because you can walk to the eastern point at Pelican Cove or west along the shore. It is a bit of a walk from the condo to the shore, but given beach erosion at our other favorite beach on the east coast, it is well worth it. The board walk provides a nice safe passage for children and parents and grandparents to the beach. Next time I will bring a small wagon to help cart our things from the condo to beach. The outdoor shower and swimming pools are very nice. The heated outdoor pool was an appreciated bonus in the cool October evening.

First time at Dauphin Island

At check-in, we did not realize there were different properties within the same office where we picked up keys. We unloaded and ended up trying to get into someone else's condo. They told us where we needed to go. We had to load back up and go in another gate to the set of condos next door. Condo seemed dated. It was very dusty. A lot of the towels for bathrooms and kitchen looked very "used" and some had stains. Crumbs in the silverware drawer. The doors to the balcony from the living room did not lock and was hard to get them to seal because both sides would move when trying to close them. VCR did not work in the bunk bed room. Pool was very nice. Good view

We had a very bumpy start but within an hour an associate arrived and rectified the situation. The next day the office manager made sure we were happy with our accommodations and we absolutely were. Our unit was beautiful!! The heated pool is fabulous and the views from the third floor are breathtaking. There are plenty of snack shops and eateries within walking distance from the complex. We are already planning our next stay and can’t wait to go back!

This unit was spacious and had enough seating to allow us to host many family members for dinner. Kitchen was fully equipped to prepare meals. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Our teen boys love the bunk bed room, and our young adult daughter loves the room closest to the entrance. We will definitely choose this condo unit every time we vacation with our kids/family. The property management team was so kind and helpful during our stay.

Great long weekend stay

Kitchen was well-stocked with small appliances, pot and pans, and useful kitchen gadgets. Whole unit clean and comfy. And large! Easy walk to the beach. Information well-noticed and easy to find. Some small maintenance needed which we advised about (sticky doors, etc.) but, overall, well worth it.
