Beautiful Property

We booked this property for a night to get away for my husband’s birthday. This is a beautiful property. It was clean and the beds were very soft. The property owner was very easy to work with. It met all of our expectations. We plan on renting again whenever we are in the area.

Girl trip!

Booked this for a one night stay for 6 women. We spent the day at Biltmore, went to dinner and came “home” to a beautiful VRBO which was stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking and we had the best time. The owner truly thought of everything, and went the extra mile with this vacation rental! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here, the house was very clean and new. Communication with the host was both prompt and polite. We'll certainly stay here again next time we're in town!

Wonderful house

The house was very clean and had stocked supplies. The owners left a great snack and wine basket. The furniture was new and comfortable. They had plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. It was easy and convenient to get to Asheville. We loved our stay and plan to book again when in the area.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay

Fletcher is a cozy home that you can enjoy simply by relaxing inside, or if you choose run to town in about 15-mins. We will definitely be renting from the outstanding owners again and enjoying this little piece of heaven that they share.

Beautiful and so comfortable

Just as nice as the pictures showed. Easy to get to and to get inside. Very clean and spacious. Could have used steps for bed because we are seniors but I was so happy with our stay!!

We loved our stay

I booked this house as a little weekend getaway for a sleepover for my teens. It was a beautiful and inviting home! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and the living area for movies and hanging out. We did lose power from about 2am-10am, but the host Brenda brought us breakfast and some water/essentials. They were so kind and accommodating even though the power outage was something no one could control.

Cozy and Upscale accommodation close to Asheville

The house seems to have been recently renovated. Everything is in excellent condition and is a very cozy place to spend time with family. The outdoor space with the hot tub and sit-out is equally amazing. The location is bit remote and a very short dirt road leads up to the house. The isolation is nice for people from the city. Overall a good stay for us. The only thing we missed in the house was a proper knife :)

A perfect stay

My friends and i were visiting asheville for the evening and stayed here. It was nothing short of wonderful. Property was pristine- clean, spacious, smelled amazing, comfortable beds. Attention to detail and hospitality was incredible- down to the quality of soap, the complimentary snacks and bottle of champagne. Of course the hot tub was a highlight. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us, we couldnt have had a better time!

Nice little home!

This house is newer and clean! Everything was comfortable. Loved the furniture, TV in every room. The only odd things were there was not a pan in sight (only one pot), and the microwave died mid-use. Also, no water pressure to speak of.

Pristine house near Asheville attractions

This apparently new house is in a semi-rural area just north of Fletcher. There's a nice view out back up the hill where the hot tub is located. Extremely comfortable in every way inside, and beautifully finished & furnished. The only negative was that the hot tub water had color and clarity issues when we arrived. The host was willing to try to resolve this that evening, but we decided not to use it.
