Welcome to The Pearl Manor! Our home has been restored from the inside out. We've maintained the beauty of the home by preserving the 1930's wood floors, doors, & trim with today's modern amenities. The home is one-of-a-kind w/ 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, & 2 kitchens. Centrally located in Downtown SA & 4 blocks from The Pearl. You'll find an abundance of Coffee Shops, Restaurants, & Locally owned shops only blocks away. Our home is great for large groups & families.

The Space:
Our 2 story grand home features 1,800 square feet with a duplex style setup with a shared foyer. Each unit is truly unique offering 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms on the first floor. The additional 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms are located on the second floor in the second unit. Each unit has its own fully stocked kitchen and full size stackable washer & dryer. This one-of-a-kind layout is perfect for everyone in the group to have their own space & privacy. You will have access to the entire home & both units.
** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 PER pet. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to the host with any further questions! **

Kitchen/Dining: Both kitchens are fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, high quality pots/pans, toaster, blender, stainless steel refrigerator, 4 burner electric stove, microwave & dishwasher! The quartz counter has 4 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Keurig Coffee machine. The coffee area is stocked with creamer, sugar and K-Cups that are available to use.

Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan, high ceilings, decorated with guests' comfort in mind. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.

FIRST FLOOR UNIT:
Bedroom 1- This bedroom is a master ensuite setup. Get a great nights rest on the King size 'Puffy' Royal Hybrid memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, & down comforter. The windows offer tons of natural light. For added privacy, blinds and blackout curtains are on every window. Login to stream your favorite shows & movies on YouTube, Netflix, Hulu & more on the 43' Samsung Smart TV.

The ensuite restroom features a single vanity with a glass walk-in shower with marble tile. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom cabinet below the sink.

Bedroom 2 - Features a Queen size Helix Hybrid memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter. For added privacy, blinds and blackout curtains are on every window. Login to stream your favorite shows & movies on YouTube, Netflix, Hulu & more on the 43' Samsung Smart TV.

The 2nd full bathroom is located off the hall, featuring a single vanity, tub/shower combo with designer tile. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. SECOND FLOOR UNIT:

Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Please note that the upstairs and downstairs units are separately controlled by their own thermostat. Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! Closing the shades and curtains will help keep the home temperature cooler.

Exterior: Our home is situated on a corner lot, with an active Via bus stop near the front corner of the home. The second floor features a private wraparound porch from the bedrooms with a great view of the downtown skyline of San Antonio.

Parking/ Fence: The home features 4 designated parking spots inside the fence. Other cars may use free street parking at the front and side of the home. Please do not park too closely to the corner to avoid a ticket. The home is fully fenced on all 4 sides with wrought iron and chain link fencing. We have kept your 4 legged friends in mind with additional fencing to separate the rear and front yards.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the historic Government Hill neighborhood, with easy access to highways 35 & 281. Our home is 4 blocks from The Pearl & 2 blocks from Fort Sam Houston. This is an urban, gentrifying neighborhood where many homes are being restored just like ours has been!
