First time to Atlantic City. Room was very spacious with an amazing view; quick access to casinos, boardwalk, and highway.

Beach vacation

The elevators at the resort were absolutely horrible, you had to wait a long time for one and they were really crowded. Online the parking said 14.00 a day and it was actually 25.00. Room was clean and good security.

AC apartment

The apartment was as described. Nothing fancy but a good location and clean. Easy to walk to the boardwalk. Some noise from the room overheard and the elevators were impossible to use at check out time. Ended up carrying suitcase and toddler down the stairs.

Clean and comfortable

Check in and communication great. Room clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Boardwalk, restaurants. Relatively safe area, seemed a little iffy at night. Asked to go to a time share meeting- I politely refused and did not get pressured. Good for couples, families.

Pleasant rooms and staff

The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony for views (we were on the 22nd floor) with the ocean only about a block away. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals in case you don't want to hit restaurants all the time. The pool/hot tub/fitness centers were all clean and enjoyable. Every staff member that we dealt with was friendly, pleasant and helpful. The only negative we experienced were the elevators - only 2 of the 3 elevators were in service and, on checkout day, this apparently went down to one elevator with the other one used by staff. On the upper floors we encountered other guests who waited 30-40 minutes to simply get on an elevator. I was lucky and checked out electronically and then requested a baggage cart for my (carry on) bag. This got a staff member up to our floor in the other elevator which rescued several other guests who were already at a high level of frustration after their waits. Apart from this, we would definitely stay here again if we ever went back to AC.

everything was great!

Everything about the resort was great! Getting in contact with the owner was easy and they answered any questions I had! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone!
