The Cottage si trova nei confini della città di Hot Springs e 1 miglio dalla parte principale della città. Il nostro cottage è arroccato su un promontorio che domina la Broad River Valley francese. Grande spa / vasca idromassaggio aggiunta nel 2016, vieni immerso sotto le stelle! 3 1/2 miglia lungo River Rd. è terra della foresta nazionale con un parco sulla Broad francese con 2 moli di pesca, pic-nic e area per grigliate e padiglione. La nostra casa è ben fornita per il vostro comfort con letti comodi, belle lenzuola, TV, Wi-Fi, camino a gas, griglia a carbone e un delizioso portico per sedersi e ammirare il panorama. Vieni a immergerti nella nostra grande vasca idromassaggio / spa situata su un ponte privato. Marshmallow arrosto intorno al pozzo del fuoco. Il nostro cottage si trova in un posto perfetto che è molto vicino al centro di Hot Springs, ma abbastanza lontano per godersi il ritorno alla natura.

Just right!

Nice quiet location super close to town. We enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/pans, etc for cooking.

Delightful but should add Awesome to the listing.

Beautiful views with easy access to town. Awesome home super clean and amenities are all there. Hot tub easily accessible and therapeutic. It is an absolutely perfect place to stay.

Nice stay

Property as described. Older house nicely updated. Communication and checkin process very easy. Well stocked. Hot tub very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Very convenient to town and spa. Can;t see the river but could hear it. Bathroom in between the 2 bedrooms. A little bit of an issue with friends but probably not a big deal for families. Would stay again.

Mountain View cottage

The property was as described in the description and the view of the mountains are beautiful. This cottage was perfect size for my wife and I. We enjoyed the neat little town of Hot Springs and learning the history. We walked through town and everyone was nice and friendly. The only thing is if you need to stop by the grocery store make sure you do on your way to the property. We had to drive an additional 40 minutes out of our way to get groceries.

Great Place to Stay

It was a wonderful time, beautiful view.The house was extremely clean.Very great location and the beds were just so comfortable. Slept very well. I will stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

We loved how clean and close to Hot Springs this home was. The view from the front porch was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub but I’m sure it would have been nice. The home was close to two spots to access the Appalachian Trail allowing us easy access for some great hiking.

A Little Slice of Heaven...

My wife and I just celebrated our 8th anniversary in beautiful Hot Springs, NC, where the French Broad River and Spring Creek flow. We rented a 'Delightful Cottage' through VRBO from owner, Deb Burks. The property was immaculate, modern (but tastefully), and provided all the comforts of home while, at the same time, allowing us a sensation of escape from the norm. Deb was helpful to get us checked in quickly and she was very responsive with questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this property! Thank you, Deb! <3

Convenient Yet Quiet

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was convenient to everything in Hot Springs and to several hikes we planned to do, but it was also quiet and peaceful. The property owner Deb was very helpful and proactive in her communication and offered lots of advice on things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

picky traveller claims this is the best VRBO ever!!

booking this property in hot springs it looked idyllic and we were so looking forward to visiting. in person, this property is even better than advertised! it is situated in the most beautiful setting imaginable and just oozing curb appeal. inside, it is tastefully arranged and every possible necessity has been thought of and it is very spacious and clean. we hot-tubbed, cooked, read, watched some television and relaxed inside of the home. hot springs is a wonderful little town to explore and we loved watching the hardcore hikers walking through the town as they hiked the appalachian trail. we also drove 'the rattler' to waynesville and lake junaluska and loved being immersed into this beautiful landscape for miles and miles of 'crazy' road. as my title notes, my husband is very critical of the homes we stay in when we travel and for the first time he could only say positive things about this property. we did not want to leave!

Hot Springs Happy

Stayed 2 days here while visiting Hot Springs. Location is maybe 5 min. From the town center. Very clean with a hot tub that we enjoyed under the stars. Great property

Wonderful Location!

What a clean & well equipped rental! Everything needed & more! Well laid out for many! 2 adult couples, a small family, group of friends, etc. Nice yard space & the hot tub was lovely! Also, you cannot beat how close you are to town! Such a quick & easy drive. If you're looking for something else to do other than the mineral baths ... Do not miss Llamas of Hot Springs! What an awesome experience! Lastly - go to Iron Horse! Delicious!!

Relaxing dog-friendly country cottage

My wife and I and our dog really enjoyed our long weekend at Deb's cottage. Excellent communication pre-arrival, flawless checkin, sparkling clean house, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub, detailed information on the house and the surrounding area all made for a relaxing stay near Hot Springs. Hopefully it's available next time we're planning a visit to the area!

I love these mountains, their beauty refreshes my mind and spirit. The clean fresh air energizes me. Hiking, rafting or canoeing are the most perfect ways to become a part of the beautiful nature here.

The views are wonderful. Its one mile to the center of Hot Springs. There is a large hot tub/spa, come soak under the stars! Fire pit to enjoy a marshmallow roast or cozy up by the fire on a cool evening. Its a perfect get away in the mountains.

Close to the little village of Hot Springs, but off of the beaten path; our cottage has a wonderful porch to take in the mountain view. Hot tub/spa, fire pit, comfortably appointed cottage.
