This three full bedroom, two full bath home with a finished basement and extra sleeping space is situated on a beautiful lot with 150 feet of lake frontage,
We have access to world class fishing, boating, skiing, and winter sports including snowmobiling, skiing, and skating. Full basement includes second full bathroom, complete laundry facilities,as well as a pull out couch/futon. Your rental includes use of kayaks, and canoes/ bicycles. We are steps from the Flambeau flowage, and our hospitable neighbors and lake resorts will make your vacation dreams come true.

Beautiful home and beautiful views

We had such a relaxing and great time! The home is very warm and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. We were greeted by deer as we pulled in the driveway. We enjoyed some ice fishing, relaxing by the fireplace, cooking meals and watching deer roam throughout the property everyday. Beautiful views all around. Great pizza place less than 5 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! Thank you Sarah for opening your beautiful home to us!

Summer Vacation

The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were able to watch the hummingbirds at the feeders. We caught some fish. It was very quiet and relaxing.

Park falls

Needed a place close to Springstead landing. The kayaks were fun, lake and dock were great. It is rustic but charming and comfortable. We were there on Thursday through Sunday so had to take home our garbage, which would be my only complaint.

Girls trip

One of the quietest lakes we have visited. The cabin was tucked way back from the road so there was just the sounds of nature. The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was great for early mornings or late evenings to keep the bugs away.

Amazing!

Our family had a family reunion in Springstead, so this was a perfect place for us to stay. Our kids fished from the doc, swam, and floated on tubes in the lake. We biked a lot also. The deck is really nice and the screened in porch kept us from being eaten by mosquitoes! Amazing weekend!

Really nice place in a beautiful location

It’s a really nice house on a nice lake. It’s clean and nicely equipped. It’s also close to the Springstead launch on the Turtle Flambeau Flowage. Communication with Sara was easy with fast responses. We recommended the house to our fishing guide for his clients. I hope to stay here again.

Great stay

The cabin looks just like the photos. The spaces are large and it is very comfortable. Surrounded by shady trees and the dock on the lake is right in front, just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. Everything works properly. The bikes are in perfect condition, we took a ride on the ATV trails which was great. We also went to the lake with the kayaks, super. Highly recommended.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Caught a lot of small pan fish, went for a hike and road the bikes that were provided. Would recommend the throw rug that is at the first side door be trimmed of it's fringes. It's a tripping hazard; I tripped twice on it.

Beautiful Lake, Wonderful Week!

Gorgeous Lake with clear, beautiful water! Such a serene peaceful place. Spacious Cabin. Good fishing. Craig (caretaker) quickly helped us w/a few questions. He brought us a new propane tank for grill and rented us a pontoon for the week. Which was a perfect way to see the gorgeous lake and go fishing. Also used the canoe and kayaks. Saw otters, eagles, loons. Mosquitos and horse flies were happy to see us ..but no issues on the beautiful lake!

Fall get-away

We had great get-away! The cabin was very comfortable and the weather was great the later part of the week. Nice driveway and adjoining trail for walking our dog.

As a native Wisconsinite, I have a deep love of the outdoors. I raised my kids at our lake home where we spent every weekend and holiday for almost 25 years. Now remarried, I live in sunny Virginia Beach, but all my best memories remain 'up north'. We get back there several times a year. The rest of the time you can find me working as a physical therapist or traveling as a volunteer PT around the world.
