Il nostro 4 Br casa è di recente costruzione (2007) la nostra casa inizia con un BR e bagno al primo piano, che può essere utilizzato come una seconda zona living. Il 2 ° piano / zona giorno principale comprende la cucina, soggiorno, sala da pranzo in polvere e Area- spalancata (44 x 20), con pavimenti in bambù, ripiani in granito e belle modanature. Il 3 ° piano dispone di Master bagno MBR +, bambini br (2 set di castello) una camera da letto full size e un altro bagno completo - il 4 ° livello dispone di un completo top terrazza sul tetto con vista sulla spiaggia. baia e l'intera isola.

Very well maintained, modern and steps to beach

We were here with 2 other couples and enjoyed the place. The place is new, well maintained and furnished. Communication and coordination during our stay was perfect. Would love to be back here next year.

Excellent stay

We had a wonderful weekend in Seaside. The home was clean and spacious, even larger than expected. The rooftop deck was wonderful. The home had everything we could have needed and more. The location was perfect- in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again!

Memorial Day Weekend

Stayed with family for the weekend. From teens to toddlers everyone had something to do more importantly everyone had fun. Perfect location!

An 80th Birthday Celebration

Our stay at this property was to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday with our 2 daughters, their husbands, and 2 daughters each. The house was perfect! All the girls slept in the bunkbed room. We did have to use a toddler bed and a twin blowup because no one was able to sleep on the top beds, but it worked out perfectly. The other bedrooms and bathrooms made our stay quite comfortable. We especially liked the second floor living space which provided ample room for our breakfasts and lunches for 10. All the small decks and the large rooftop deck were lovely, though we did not utilize because of our short stay. Such close proximity to the beach was especially helpful for the 3 youngest girls of 21/2, 4, and 5. The directions for the workings of everything in the house posted on the refrigerator by the owner was clear and most helpful. We would highly recommend and definitely consider staying here again if we return to this area. The house was close to the boardwalk and lovely restaurants in the surrounding towns.

Great location/perfect family getaway

Beautiful home. Great for families and close to the beach and boardwalk. Richard is a wonderful host and was very responsive and accommodating.

Overall, I would rent this home again. It’s exactly as presented in listing. Brno manager has awesome communication with client. But, the cleaning service needs to be reevaluated. Trash left in waste baskets, counters and stove not cleaned (but not disgustingly filthy. Didn’t deter me from renting again

We loved it!

Perfect beach house for a get away! Less than a block to the beach. Very clean, roomy , and nicely equipt. Awesome deck on top floor for hanging out and corn hole games, sunrise and sunset views. Would def book again

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I stayed in the home with 4 other females. The home was the perfect size and location. I come to Seaside Park throughout the summer season very year, but this is the 1st time renting a beach house and this home did not disappointment. The pictures do not do this home justice. Pros: 4 types of outdoor space, 1 block from the beach, the kitchen has every type of appliance and cookware you would need, 6 beach badges are provided, beach chairs and other beach items are provided, very comfortable furniture throughout the house, clean house, Rich (homeowner) was very flexible and helpful prior to the stay and during our stay. Cons: the front door does not completely lock (Rich stated that he was going to look into that), you have to bring your own bed sheets or wash the ones left in each room, no bath towels/ wash cloths are provided, could not get the Sonos speaker to work. Overall, great stay and would love to stay at this property again!

Great, But Nothing Provided

This house was perfect. So close to the beach and close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The only issue we had with the place was that there wasn’t much provided from a home standpoint...lack of toilet paper in bathrooms, only one garbage bag, no sheets and no shower towels. If we knew about this in advance, it would have been OK, but it was not stated anywhere.

Exactly like the photos!

We were 10 adults comfortably in this home for a long weekend. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy couches and beds. Very short walk to great beach and only a few blocks from restaurants and boardwalk. Would definitely stay here again.

'Beachy' Time

We stayed at this property with two toddlers in tow. Perfect location for naps and all the craziness of a young family. Family walks to the donuts shop in the morning and evening strolls to the kiddie amusement area 5 mins down the boardwalk. Would recommend for families. Thank you.

Excellent property

The property was close to the beach and boardwalk. The views from the roof top deck were great. Everything we needed including beach toys was available.

Loved the house and Location!!

The house is great close to the beach and even walking distance to the boardwalk. Rich the owner is a super nice guy. The roof top view is amazing at sunrise and sunset!!

Our family was very happy with this great rental property!

This house was everything it said it would be when booking online. The owner was so easy to work with on any questions we may have had. Its so close to the beach and walking distance to the boardwalk we barely ever used our car. The rooftop deck at night made the house just right! if we book again in this area we will be sure to pick this house again! Overall very happy with our choice.

Gorgeous house, perfect location!!

Property was gorgeous, everything you will need for a beach stay. Very clean all appliances in great condition! The owner was very easy to work with and responded to every email/phone call about the stay. New grill on the back deck and amazing view from the rooftop hangout! Cannot go wrong here!!
