The neighborhood and nearby area is most easily navigated via car. There are ride-sharing apps like Uber / Lyft in the area as well.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
• Locals must message before booking.
• Pet policy: no furry friends allowed on the property.
• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas in the rear of yard. If smoking (any substance) is detected or any smoke odor is found in the home after your departure, a fine of $500 cleaning fee will be issued.
• Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, cleaning the BBQ, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, additional fees may apply.
• Occupancy: If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
• We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. There is an exterior security surveillance camera located at the front entrance and garage, facing the street.
