About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom/1.5 bath, 5th floor gulf front beach condo with awesome southwest views down the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, washer/dryer within the unit, 3 sets of large sliding glass doors lead to the huge private balcony overlooking the beach/gulf. Sleeps up to 6 with a king size bed in the master bedroom, full size in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The property also includes a gulf side swimming pool and double tennis court. The condo can sleep up to 6 people, however no more than 4 adults please. No pets/ no smoking. Minimum age of 23 to reserve.

June and July months rent by the week only (Saturday-Saturday). If you are requesting anything other, please inquire first prior to booking.
Memorial Day weekend is a 4 night stay May 22-26. You can add days before or after. Please inquire first.

Check in time is after 4pm. Please inquire if checking in after 10pm
Check out time is by 10am central time
We may be able to accommodate changes, but please inquire when reserving

Fantastic family vacation.

His first time on Pensacola Beach

It could have been a better stay. I've been to Pcola Beach many times but was his first visit. He is a beach lover as am I. His fav is PCB. We went there in July. I'd never been. I showed him a new beach and he's a fan now too!

Amazing view from the large balcony. The condo building is maintained well and we were impressed with the overall quality of the grounds, pool, and wood bridge. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also liked the location because it is in a quieter area of PB.

This condo was great! It was everything the listing said and more. It was very clean and the communication was excellent. The walk from the condo to the beach was super short and easy. I would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola!

Cozy and perfect

First off, communication from Steve and Bob is excellent! Friendly and responded to everything in a timely manner. Thank you, Steve. Thank you, Bob. The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I to get away for a long weekend. SO COZY! We absolutely loved it! You can sit on the couch to relax and watch tv after a long day of beach relaxation LOL and still see the beautiful gulf. Morning coffee on the large balcony is nothing short of spectacular with an incredible view. You have access to the balcony from the living area and master bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy. We had all we needed to have a home away from home. Easy pool and beach access. It’s a 10/10 for us and we will absolutely be staying again! Thank you again for an excellent mini vacay!

Amazing family-friendly relaxing beach retreat

This home is right on the gulf shore with views of the waves from every room. We loved waking to the sights and sounds, enjoying time on the sand as well as adventures through the surrounding towns. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Awesome location!

Location is perfect on the beach. Interior of the unit needs updating. Flooring is dated/ cracked and cookware badly needs to be replaced. Having washer and dryer was very convenient. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Clean. Attractive decor. Excellent location. Advertised as 2 baths actually 1..5. Second bedroom is tiny, poorly furnished, didn’t even have a mirror. Second half bath was on opposite side of condo from bedroom. All in all good value for price.

Nice but a few improvements would be great

Very nice unit. However a few items needed to be pointed out. We have a queen bed but the main bed is smaller than our queen. The bed squeaks sometimes. A full body shower head would be nice.

Great vacation!

Overall, we were very pleased with ALL aspects of this condo. The condo was very clean and well kept. The location was quiet, had mostly family visitors on the property, and even the elevators had very little wait time! The owners were also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. We would definitely stay here again!

Really great spot

The condo is the perfect size with an amazong view. It was in hreay condition, and had anything you could need for a wo derful vacation. The only negative about the condos, are the beds. The couch bed cushion is extremely thin, uncomfortable and should be replaced. The master bedroom bed is definitely better, however it is loud and springy. Upgrading the matresses would make everyone a return customer. All and all this is an amazing place. Owners/managers were always available to answer questions or help. The condo is in the perfect spot to get to shops and restaurants.
