Escape to the idyllic island paradise that is Jamestown! Quaint village setting & astounding natural beauty abound, yet easy hope across the bridge to take part of the Newport scene. Four bedroom, two bathroom house located in Jamestown village. short walk to restaurants. Playground, tennis courts, bakery, liquor and grocery stores all within 3 blocks. 1/2 mile to town beach. All bed linens, bath and beach towels provided. Beach gear including umbrella and beach chairs, cooler. Large 1/2 acre yard perfect for a game of badminton or an evening by the propane fire pit. Interior features include recently upgraded kitchen appliances, robust cooking gear, recent new minisplit AC in master bedroom, bright, airy living space. NOTE: 7 night minimum term in July and August, otherwise 4 night minimum. July and August Saturday check-in only.
